The hotel in general is very old. Lots of cracks and gunk in the corners. The “fitness” room had a broken elliptical glider and a broken treadmill. There were two sets of weights and a broken weight machine. That was it. Worst fitness room I’ve ever seen at a 3 star hotel

The GM was very friendly. The pool and hot tub were nice.

Everything was fine, especially for the price.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, the pet area was convenient and was supplied with bags, etc. You ordered off a shortened menu for breakfast which was nice and the lady was extremely friendly and helpful.

I was a little disappointed that the restaurant associated with the hotel was not that busy. The food was good and staff friendly. However it was like a ghost town.

The views of the river are beautiful. The rooms comfortable, large, and quiet.

They had an event/party that played loud music until 2am in one of their conference rooms which was pretty much next to our room, one floor up. The music only stopped once we call the front desk.

This hotel as with many others needs to have a manager that does walk throughs and checks on how the staff is doing. Our room had no cream and sugar for their coffee machine. The tub shower handle to activate the shower is broken and hard to use. The dinning room is in need of care. Windows to the outside look like they have never been cleaned, except to can see the filth from previous cleanings last year sometime. The restaurant needs a weekly going through to keep it up to standards.

The price was good. Breakfast was also good. Room was large and had all the necessary amenities. I didn't get to use the pool and spa, but they looked well cared for and clean.

The floor was uneven in the room and the hallway. My rolling luggage did not want to roll because of it. The sink faucet had toothpaste on it from prior persons stay. The bed caved towards the center. The carpet looked like it had not been shampooed in years. The sofa looked like someone just had sex on it. It just felt dirty and I could not relax. The screen to the balcony had been cut like someone had previously tried to break in. If you are a single man that just needs a place to sleep and take a quick shower, this is your place. Otherwise, I would look around at the other options.
