Hot tub wasn’t working and breakfast was out and I had to tell them at the front desk

The hotel was dirty in the rooms, and pool room. The “exercise room” was laughable. The hotel basically looks lovely me it is falling apart inside.

My car got broken into in the parking lot. I was parked almost directly in front of the front door of the hotel. Hotel is not in a great area. There is construction going on to the hotel. While we were there they hit something and the fire alarm went off causing us to be evacuated while we were getting ready for our concert.

Carpets down the hall and in the room were awful. NO towels for the pool. There were three of us and there were only two towels in the room. The garbage was overflowing and on the floor next to the elevator. The complimentary breakfast was very lacking so we ate elsewhere. The location had a very sketchy feel to it and if I had been alone I woul mot have felt comfortable walking from the parked car into the hotel.

Check in was quick and easy. Pool and hot tub area was clean and kept up. Both the pool and hot tub appeared to be clean and not "human soup bowls" like many other establishments tend to have. Lobby, rooms and building exterior were very nice and updated.

There was no lighting on to fine the entrance . Not until I was almost done checking in did the light come on. . The sink in my room filled up while I was brushing my teeth and washing my face it almost over filled

No iron or ironing board in room. Carpet was freshly shampoo yet damp & there were eaten chip particles around the room. Lots of hair in shower. Room phone did NOT work.

Location and staff were awesome. Friendly, supportive and accomodating. They deserve recognition indeed.

The fridge in the room did not work. The TV/cable = ultra low definition with no way to hook up anything externally (Nintendo Switch)…During the day the parking lot has plenty of space to park, at night it fills up with people who live in their cars

There were large bad stains on the carpet in our room. Mold in the shower base. Dirty hallway carpet on our 4th floor hallway. Worn out and cracked flooring in the elevator. Dirty walls at the elevator entrance and marked up walls from luggage in hallways. Lots of garbage around the parking lot and in front of lobby outside.

The room had a comfortable bed and pillows.

Breakfast was just a waffle maker, they were out of coffee cups, and milk was still locked up with no creamer out. Hot tub was broken. Just an icky vibe.

I didn't like the wifi was not in every room,and the pool had kids after late hours,there should be a restriction on how kids going to the pool after late hours.

I like the guy at the front desk,the African American guy,he was so sweet and patient. It's an ok hotel,we only stayed one day. I was really annoyed after going to the pool 10pm kids came in with blow up animals,balls,and all kinds of stuff ,taking over the pool,loud and boisterous, while parents sat by the pool side and said nothing, that was so distasteful! It's ok for kids to have fun,but it was too late for that,plus they were too loud! It's a hotel pool not their backyard. The hotel should put in rules for no kids after 9pm.

The desk staff in Saturday morning, very rude woman. The continental breakfast that we planned to eat at on Saturday morning before our trip to the water park, wasn’t running. The carpet in our room had a lot of stains on it, fridge had old food and drinks in it. The other patrons checking in all seemed like hookers of drug addicts, very unsettling.

The desk staff who check us in (younger guy) was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to stores and food places, my kids liked that the pool was open late. The room was outdated but the bed was clean and housekeeping seemed decent.

No closets in the room. No place to hang your clothes. No security camers out side.my truck was broken in to the nigh before.they didn't steal anything in my truck. But they did $523.60 damage to ignition with some of there tools. There appears to be a lot of durg actively in the area. I would not ever again stay there again. Sorry about that.

First 5 days there was no breakfast.next 3 days some muffins and juice. Nobody seemed to check for cream and sugar if they were full

The room was comfortable, but had a smell I couldn't put my finger on, but was mostly clean.
