Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I wasn’t crazy about having to pay a $100.00 deposit. But I will get it back. I can understand why they want it though.
The property was good. Just off the freeway and easy to find. Pretty quiet even though it is by the freeway.

The only complaint was a woodpecker tapping at the side of the building a couple times but this is just part of being surrounded by nature and no problem of the hotel

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, decent sized room, love that a breakfast buffet is included in stay, and great location close to many restaurants and stores. Have stayed there before and will be back :)

Could have had a bit more light in rooms but that’s very minor.
Staff were friendly throughout and the breakfast was above average for a hotel breakfast.

Price point was a bit high considering the age of the facility. You could tell it was a bit dated. But very well kept and clean.

Location was not what I was expecting but served our needs. It is in the middle of an idustrial area no resturants or anything within walking distance. Hotel was clean but could pay a little closer to detail in hallways and common areas espcially emptying trash.
Clean rooms. Nice hot daily breakfast. Very good hot water pressure. Friendly staff. We had a rental car and parking was easy. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable and you could open windows for fresh air which was nice.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at! Everything was a 10+. The staff is beyond the best! The breakfast is to die for, better than a restaurant and everything fresh! The best treatment I ever had in some 5 star hotels I have stayed in!!!!

We were super pleased ,The staff were very courteous and welcoming Our room was very clean, well appointed, with excellent sound proofing.and a very comfortable bed, and to top it all off, the best free breakfast we've ever had. We highly recommend this hotel.

Super friendly staff. Also, the mattress was very comfortable, although the sheets were a bit rough. Slightly funky cleaner buildup smell, but overall a very welcoming vibe. Excellent location. Really good breakfast with a nice selection of foods.

Everything was fine.

The breakfast was excellent however it would be nice to have some variation other than the usual same usual course each day.
The room was clean and daily maintained. The front office staff were cordial and pleasant to converse with. They provided me with toothpaste and laundry soap. The environment was noise-free and conducive to a good nights rest.

There was a smell outside around 9:00 pm that was awesful and it eventually came into our room a little.

I thought the whole experience was great even being near the freeway access it was quiet.
The hotel was super clean and the room was quiet. Which was nice after a long day. It also had a great continental breakfast.
