Generally the neighbourhood did not feel safe, but I guess that is most of the LA nowadays.

Very good welcome, the guy who welcomed us took us to our parking space (in the garage), gave us our keys, and showed us around. Quite clean accommodation, nice pool on the 8th floor.

Nice apartment in a modern building, with a garage and a relaxation area. The location is great for exploring Los Angeles. Super easy communication with the host.

Couldn't find the washing machine or dryer. End of our travels needed to do some washing. Only 1 window avaliable to let the fresh air in. I live on fresh air. Other then that top marks.

Location garage parking. Unreal city views. Pretty Spanky higher class unit. Saftey here is Paramount. Put a smile on my dial very happy.

Perfect stay in downtown right next to the Crypto Arena! We were a family of four and absolutely loved the apartment. Parking is available in the building with smooth and easy access to the flat. The kitchen is well equipped, and the view is spectacular. The pool and other facilities on the 41st floor are a fantastic bonus. We would definitely recommend this flat. Check-in was super fast, and Jay was available 7 days a week, always replying quickly to our questions.

Internet service is the area for improvement, unstable and slow. We contacted the host, they tried to do something about this but limited success.

One minor complaint about the room deodorizer. They had two plug-in devices. They emit a very strong scent. I had to unplug them.

Jay was delightful and kind to work with us to enable us check in early. The checkout instructions were clear, straightforward. The apartment is nicely furnished for a very comfortable stay. It is relatively new and kept up well. We enjoyed the public outdoor space in the building. It was lovely to have a parking space in the building.
