Although not dirty, rooms and hallways need a facelift. Hallway rugs had many stains throughout. Bathroom shower door handle was broken, had to reach up to door frame to open. Hotel states high speed internet. We could not connect at all during our stay. Had to go to other facilities in area to get wifi. Gave rating...did not meet expectation due to wifi issue.

Convenient location to restaurants/gas station/car wash and hwys. Everything we were looking for/needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The lady working the night shift, even offered her personal phone to use. Breakfast selection good and clean area. Awesome shower pressure!!

The hotel does need an update, such as painting and new carpet in the entrance. My room was decent, but the shower needed to be replace due to a hole in the wall. The carpet in my room should be replaced and the walls should be painted.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. Location was good to other restaurants.

Loud noises from cars late at night. People hanging out in groups in the parking lot for long periods of time late at night. People in my hallway seemed like they were having a party again late at night. Hotel smelled like people were constantly smoking Pot . Really funny smell from the lobby to the 4th Floor where I was staying.

The Room was ok. Lots of people hanging outside at the hotel talking very loud and hanging out for long periods of time. There were engines of cars like they were at a race running late at night enough to wake me up several times. Really loud talking outside late at night as well People in my hallway seemed like they were having a party again late at night. Hotel smelled like people were constantly smoking Pot . Really funny smell from the lobby to the 4th Floor where I was staying. Not real comfortable with that type of atmosphere as I was worried that someone would break into my van. I paid 260.00 for 2 nights I expected more. Will not stay there again.

The room I had had several shortcomings. There was a microwave and refrigerator, but the refrigerator was so cold my water bottles froze and there was no way to adjust the temperature. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the toilet did not flush adequately, there were no hooks to hang towels or clothes on, and the tub/shower bottom did not have an adequate nonslip surface or bath mat so I had to be very careful moving around in the shower. Also, the bathroom sink delivered only a very small stream of water despite being turned all the way on. There was no facial tissue in the bathroom or room. The hotel did provide a complimentary full breakfast consisting of eggs, bacon, and tater tots with pastries, waffles, cereal, coffee, and juices; however, the eggs looked like round patties prepared from frozen and the tater tots were undercooked and lukewarm. The hotel seemed short-staffed as many facilities are these days; the person at the desk was pleasant and tried to please but in addition to taking reservations and other front desk duties, she appeared responsible for some cleaning duties as well as setting up the breakfast bar.

This Sleep Inn is well located—there is a Cracker Barrel restaurant right beside the hotel and a Walmart right behind it, plus a Sheetz gas station and store about a quarter mile away. The hotel is located within about a half mile from Interstate 70. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel advertises a complimentary full breakfast.

booked the hotel on booking, didn’t know the pool was closed. kids were unhappy. toilet overflowed all over, between booking.com and their policy it was 2 different things. cancellation was 6pm on booking, but 4pm for the hotel. so they charged our card at 4 and if we were to cancel before 6 we wouldn’t have gotten our refund. whole purpose of booking the hotel was for the kids being able to swim, all the other hotels around were outside pools.

A lot of noise coming from neighbouring rooms, loud music, slamming doors, smelled like smoke really bad in the hallways with lots of garbage in the halls. Also no bathtub, definitely could have needed one after a long drive. Hot tub and pool closed.

We checked in around 9 pm. We paid for our King size bed room in advance. We were given the key to a room with 2 full sized beds. Went back to desk and given the last King sized bed room. My husband went to take a shower and no hot water. Called front desk and told that it happens sometimes and that if no hot water in the morning she would give us another room for showers. ☹️☹️
