The Continental breakfast was cold biscuits and gravy, even out of a crockpot. There was cereal and no milk. The room was very small and set up strangely.

The linens on the bed and in the showering area were clean.

Had to wait for staff for over 10 minutes to return (they having to do the work some else should have been doing. Supposed to be hot food was cold (gravy and biscuits)

That I was supposed to have a tv, ask to move to another room, and the maintenance guys didn't know what he was doing. Came twice and put the tv on the antenna wrong. Then I called the desk and told them I needed a partial refund the lady was supposed to call me back after she talked to her boss, never called so I called again and the guy said the lady left and he would call me back still nothing. Not only that but my shower was lukewarm and I'm not happy. The first two nights were great. New room third day horrible. Not professional at all. Last I email booking. Com on the matter

The staff seemed pretty grouchy when I walked in. The lights were also flickering throughout the hotel and we had no idea where the ice machine was.

If advertising non smoking, do better with making that true. Hallways always smelled of smoke or Marijuana. Not pleased about that!

The first 2 rooms smelled like a gym. Asked for refund and ended up staying bc it would have been 2 weeks before we received a refund. We received keys to a 3rd room on a different floor. The 3rd room was much cleaner and smelled fresh. The building itself just smells old.

This Sleep Inn was in a not so good part of town populated by tweakers and bums. I did not feel good leaving my nice Toyota Camry outside over night without checking it a couple times. There was homeless people living in their broke down RV in the parking lot. I’m not sure how this hotel got to advertise under the Sleep Inn banner as this hotel is not updated, the rooms are old and so is the furniture, including the beds and mattresses. It felt more like a cheap hotel than what I thought would be a Sleep Inn.

The property name as a whole is a good brand and we have stayed at a lot of these all over the country. They are clean and safe normally. The rooms are nice and modern and very clean.

Decent Price-semi clean- some trash and smell/odor in the room think it was the AC Pillows had candy wrappers stuck in case and were not comfortable My debit card was ran 2 times so a pending hold is still stuck on for $179

The property is extremely noisy, throughout the night it’s constant kids running up and down the halls and screaming in the rooms. Could have just been the night I stayed but it wasn’t pleasant.

The property was clean and comfortable, the food was standard. However, there are plenty restaurants around and their room service is good.

The wifi was not secured, so it didn't feel safe to use.

The room was a cool set up. I enjoyed the large table space to work on items.

The TV didn't have an hdmi input so we couldn't hook our Roku up. The front desk lady(who was nice) but was standing without a mask with a hoarse voice and a sniffly nose..

breakfast was not worth it. just make coffee in your room and go to the waffle house

shuttle to the airport was quick, and reasonably priced considering that taxis are expensive. the hotel didn't inform me though that there was a shuttle FROM the airport. that is a pity
