The bed and the sofa are very low. Practically on the floor. The sofa is not that comfy either. We didn't spend a lot of time just sitting around though.

This was a great location for all the things we wanted to do while in Chicago. We also liked being off the beaten path a bit and staying in a neighborhood v. downtown/tourist area. We could walk to the river. There were subway and L train stops within a few blocks. Plenty of great restaurants and a Trader Joes nearby to stock up the fridge. The apartment was just the right size for us. If you plan to do more than just simple cooking, there aren't a lot of tools/pans available. Make sure you purchase coffee if you plan to use the coffeemaker. It is very quiet. Just right for good sleeping after a long day exploring the city.

Loved this apartment - so much space, clean and everything you could need. Easy self checkin and quick responses via the app for any questions you have. Excellent location around the corner from a super market, target, pub and Starbucks! Easy walking distances to the middle of city, quiet and convenient. Would stay here again.

Some of the dishes in the apartment were not properly cleaned before my arrival, which was disappointing.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great layout. The location is top notch — super central and easy to get around. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. I also really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit.

The 2nd bedroom is open to the kitchen/living area, which we were not expecting but was pictured (but not obviously) when we rechecked the booking details. The air conditioning is effective but noisy.

The ease of access to the property and the ability to use the storage lockers to store luggage both on early arrival and late departure. Also ability to bring forward check in time (for a 'reasonableish' cost).

The only slight downside was that heating cooling unit is in a cupboard in the apartment so very noisy when it’s on. We didn’t use it that much so it wasn’t an issue.

I would of liked a full length mirror and the luggage storage was limited which caused a problem considering I had a late flight and all the lockers were taken. (All 5 of them) I was provided an alternative which was inconvenient but was a short walk at another hotel. The staff was unaware of the arrangement but allowed me to leave my bags until I was ready to leave for my flight. I got lucky!

The property was in a very good location close to many things including restaurants and the main attractions. Having whole foods close by was very convenient. It was clean and had a home to home feel. It was a very safe neighbourhood.

It was obviously clean in the areas that are most used (floor, bathroom, kitchen), but surfaces were a bit dusty. When I collected a pile of clothes from the table, I could see the dust. There are just 2 spots to store big suitcases at the building entrance, that are first come first serve. A bit pricey considering there's no reception, personnel, or daily cleaning.

Nice little room-apartment: all amenities included, clean, spacious. Finally some good storage space for clothing and luggage! Excellent location, ideal for tourism and entertainment. The area is full of bars and restaurants. Grocery stores all around.

The apartments are operated without a concierge. Despite this, check-in and check-out went smoothly and without any issues. However, it’s a bit inconvenient to deal with two access codes: one for the main entrance (which is too long to easily memorize) and another for the apartment itself. That said, the chat support worked perfectly and responded very quickly. Luggage storage on the day of check-out is a bit of a challenge. There aren’t many large lockers available, and accessing them requires additional codes, which can be somewhat stressful.

The location is very convenient: it is well connected to public transportation and centrally located. The Loop and the Magnificent Mile can be reached quickly and easily on foot. There are also plenty of services in the vicinity, including restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets. The apartment was clean a very spacious.

Didn’t use it much, but I found the Roku TV hard to turn on. Maybe the battery on the remote was running low. Also, the supply closet on the 5th floor was not replenished with supplies (dishwashing tablet, Tide pods). i know I could have asked for them thru the app, but I didn’t end up doing so. Still it would be nice if the supplies were readily available

Amenities were great. Everything in working order. App was helpful, customer service responsive and quick. Close to Target, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Starbucks, eateries and Mag Mile. Tons of light, airy space, very safe neighborhood, fully stocked kitchen, very clean!
