Alerted the staff that the toilet wouldn’t flush, was told someone could probably look at it the next day, the day we were leaving. The shower also drained extremely slowly, standing water while you took a shower.

The coffee in the the room is disgusting. To begin with, the bar for hotel room coffee is very low in the US, but the Wolfgang Puck coffee packs offered in the room tasted like rusted rain water. Please replace with something more palatable! There isn’t a nearby coffee shop open before 11 am, hence the room coffee is the only option. Check-in time of 4 pm is really pushing it. Please adjust back to 3 pm which is a little more manageable.

Great location. Polite and professional staff. Extra large room. Very nice amenities.

Overall the place is a little dated (which wasn’t a big deal) but there was a giant faint red stain on the pull out couch mattress which was super gross so that was not great. The couches may need a bit of an upgrade!

The location is unbeatable! You can literally roll out of bed and be on the slopes in minutes which is fantastic. Also, the staff were amazing!

Being on the fifth floor in the middle of July, the room was pretty warm. The check-in instructions that were emailed to me asked that we not turn the thermostat below 68 degrees. The room didn't get down to the temp that we like until about 2 am in the morning. We shared a little entry way with the neighboring room and they were quite noisy coming and going, letting their door slam loud enough to startle us a couple of times. I called about an early check in since 4 pm is kind of late and they weren't able to accommodate. It would have been nice to be able to check into the room, get ready for our 5 pm dinner reservations and go, but we couldn't with only an hour's time so we had to leave all our stuff in the hot car while we ate. We didn't check in until 7 pm or so. The check in instructions said we could park in the circle by the front entrance but there were signs everywhere saying absolutely NO parking, people could only be dropped off and picked up so my husband waited for me to check in across the street in another hotel's attended parking area (awkward!).

We loved the balcony, there was an outdoor concert going that evening so we got to watch (and listen to) it from our balcony. The 4k TV was nice. We liked the equipped kitchenette and the spacious jet tub. The room as large and comfortable. It was also really easy to get to (close to the elevator). We were also able to park really close to the elevator so it was a straight shot up and down. We got to ride the tram from the hotel area down to a parking lot and back up. It was around 8:45 pm, the air was clean and cool and the sights were wonderful!

relative to the unit that we rented in the same lodge last year, and in comparison to similar lodging at similar-sized other ski resorts this season, our unit at Sundial Lodge this year was overpriced the slow elevators are unsatisfactory (one wasn't even working for several days while we stayed there) the low ceilings and narrow corridors in common areas, as well as beige paint, give the property a dated feel

great location, close to the lifts ski valet service every morning and evening was superb ! kitchen and other unit amenities were functional parking in the underground garage was convenient and included in the price

My only complaint is when first arriving the front desk staff made it seem as if we had to carry our luggage to the room ourselves. I normally don't have a problem with this, but the building layout is kind of confusing and we had about 5 bulky bags total between the two of us. After asking if someone could help with our bags and show us the way to the room they were willing to help out.

The location was great, literally steps away from the village amd lifts.

The cost of lift tickets ($199 per person per day) is very high. Plan ahead and buy early! That is the only way to get some discount.

The Sundial resort is in a great location and a short walk to lifts and gondola. great restaurants around. Very nice resort with great hot tub. Staff at the resort were very helpful with our skis and equipment - storage easily available on the first floor.
