Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomLocated next to a very noisy club. The building was like a concrete block, generally unclean and had bad odour. The AC was very loud, a single operational lift, parking was a problem as other people could use your allocated space (I advise a simple sign in the space to say “reserved “ )and check-in process could be simplified.
Good size, had all the provisions and comfortable

United StatesChecking-in process had separate emails with separate attachments making the process cumbersome, it would have been nice if all the check-in instructions were directly within the app, otherwise good experience. Something to note is that they were doing construction so upon entering the building it had a very pungent odor, not sure if it was related to the building material (it’s very industrial looking), just something to mention as the odor was very noticeable.
After checking-in, the stay was easy and uneventful. Appreciated the location, very walkable to local favorites like Phoenix First Fridays. Would recommend coming when weather is cooler, like October/November timeframe.

CanadaThe thermostat would only hold temp for 2 Hrs and then had to set again. The Roku TV was difficult to manage couldn’t find regular cast football games. Pool was very cold and little sun but probably just the time of year. Disappointed that the fitness room was being renovated but understandable. It should be disclosed in the booking process. Just note that it may be good to include thermostat instructions and also how to turn on ice maker in the check in instructions.
Location was great, suite was clean and stocked, staff constantly checked in with us and quick to reply. We were very happy with our stay and will stay there again next time.

Ukraine1) Wifi can be only activated via sending a code in a message to a phone, but it must be US phone number. With foreign SIM you have no wifi. 2) Extremely noisy AC, fridge and dishwasher. Like really, extremely, extremely noisy. Don't run the dishwasher while you're at home. You need maintanance code to switch off the AC, customer support will gladly provide it - given you have wifi access. 3) There's very bad phone signal in the room, at least for me.
The approach from the customer support was absolutely perfect. Good bed and good matress. Clean place. Very well situated in the city centre.

CanadaUS phone number was required for wifi access. so i was not able to use wifi. could not leave or store bag on the day of my departure after checkout and before flight. had to drag my bag along all day at work. I understand that it is not a hotel, but these are things that can be solved if they try. unfortunately, they did not help.
affordable.

United StatesCheck-in directions were very unclear on where to find the key and which building the apt was. Had to get directions from the front desk so thankful we arrived when they were still open otherwise would have been stuck. Check-in time given was 1500 but couldn’t get keys until 1700.
Great location, nice pool, clean apt

KenyaMore elaborate communication is needed on how to get the keys. I had missed the link on email so it was a bit challenging to know what to do whilst at the premises.

United StatesThe hall smelled of garbage every day and night. I had to hold my breath as long as I could between the front door and the elevators. It was a very strong garbage smell because everyone's garbage cans were full and literally just sitting in the hall by their doors. They never got emptied the 3 days we were there
The location was the best thing about the property. That and the comfort of the beds/bedrooms. I liked the balcony and view and it was a quick drive from the airport.

United StatesAny time I had to get to my car to go somewhere, the only way I could find to get to the parking spot was walking up a set of stairs and then down roughly two rows of spots - not sure if there was another way that I just hadn't found, but that was how I got to my car any time I had to leave. The hallway on the first floor going to the lobby also smelled terrible, like hard-boiled eggs.
It was nice to be able to check in at any time just using a key kiosk, but the whole process of having to find the parking garage across the street, parking in a guest spot on the first floor before the gate, going to the kiosk to get the key (and knowing which of the two kiosks to retrieve your key from), entering through the gate and parking, then walking across the street and all the way to the apartment was kind of inconvenient, especially when arriving at night. The parking garage is VERY dark.
