Small bathroom. Beds were uncomfortable. Living room furniture - uncomfortable. No outside shower or rinse off station on the apartment complex. (Only the one by the pool across the street)

Separate bedrooms. Washer and Dryer. Kitchen. Parking was ok ! Convenient location. Able to walk to most activities !

The floor was extremely dirty upon checking in, after the room was “cleaned”. We couldn’t walk around barefoot, or the bottoms of our feet would be covered in dirt.

It offered plenty of room and space for our family. It was close to the inlet, and not far away from the beach.

The refrigerator was not working properly. The wash machine had a dirty water inside which cause a bad smell. I wish they have at least leave some notes to let us know about the issues.

The apartment is great, spacious! Awsome location! Everything you need is near by.

The only issue we ran into was our first night our apartment was flooded. We had to stay in 2 of the motel rooms which were small for our family. But that was not any fault of the staff or owner. The front desk team were very helpful and patient with us through it.

Easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating.

The the mattress is worn out in the master bedroom there is a big divot in the middle of it and it's very uncomfortable other than that everything was very adequate

since its a 2 bedroom with only one bathroom... there should be a full length mirror in each bedroom so you can get ready in the bedroom & also a light on the bedside table in each room , other than that it was great!!!

Our biggest issue was we were in a lower unit and that proved to be somewhat of a problem due to our upstairs neighbors were running across the floors and jumping on beds till well into the night (after midnight). Our second issue was i believe on our part something we missed in the fine print was due to having laundry in unit they ask you to wash and dry your own towels, however they did send someone over to the unit and supply with towels when we called as well, they gave us a couple pods to run any additional laundry we needed. When we did open the existing wash, it smelled terrible, so we did try to rectify this issue by running the cleaning cycle, but this did not help so no clothes were ever placed in there due to concern for that smell to transfer.

We all felt the apartment was spacious enough that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other which makes it very nice on the rainy nights in. Location was 2 blocks from the boardwalk so made walkability to restaurants and shopping great. Our Kids were able to enjoy the pool across the street. Staff was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had.

Parking lot was small but there was extra parking in back, and getting out of the lot was a little tricky cause it’s at a busy intersection. But it’s really negligible, that’s really the only draw back and not even worth a worry.

The property really was perfect for our needs, we really only showered and slept there. The location was great cause it was at the heart of everything. I’m glad I found the place I’d definitely use them again. A couple of things were broken, like the towel bar in the bathroom and one chair leg was off, but they sent someone right away to fix that. Staff was really helpful and Nice!!

The dryer heating element wasn't working, and the pipe uner bathroom faucet was leaking. The maintenance guys fixed the faucet and brought a dryer from another unit. We were very pleased how quickly things were fixed.

We loved the location. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The place was affordable too. Thank you for a wonderful vacation with family and friends.
