The hot tub and pool not available in morning 11 am to 11pm Really looking forward to soaking in hot tub. Got up early to ensure the 11AM checkout But gate was locked and hours posted on sign

Facilites were showing a lot of aging. Seemed to be quite a few long term residents.

Had a very large suite with a great view. The manager was very helpful and freindly. Very clean and comfortable. Good location.

The room in the photos is NOT the room I recieved. There are alternatives and they are not equals. I got the one with a tiny balcony and kitchen separated from rest of living area, which I would NOT have booked if I saw the photos.. One thermostat didn't work, so it got pretty chilly at night in the living room, but it was stupid cold outside too. Old appliances and plumbing were a little smelly. The fishing area can get quite noisy late, even with signs demanding no noise from above. Not the best spots to walk the four legged variety.

Location was awesome for me. Close enough to ride the bicycle, but out of the drama. Balcony was nice, great bird and fish watching, and staff accommodated me with lounge chairs. Room was huge. Mostly quiet and peaceful except at night.

1) It's very noisy on the weekends, lots of party people. 2) The old plasma TV doesn't stream or sync with phones or tablets, and you don't have many channel options.

Be careful on the stairs, tile walkways in disrepair (just missing tiles) but also not level. I cracked a couple just walking normally. Huge TV is great, taking up the whole desk, not great. Not a huge deal but there is no other place to empty your pockets. Bathroom on the small side but full shower.

Well lit, AC unit rocked, rooms are updated, location is quiet, a little removed from more party areas. Close to Clayton's pier. Property is older but clean. Not glamorous but great value.

Perhaps there could have been an extra piece of furniture or table in our room. We stayed for one whole week & could have used a little more storage for our belongings.

Great staff, comfort, & Privacy. Loved the quiet BBQ area where we did most of our cooking.

I absolutely hated the lack of shade over the pool and lounge areas. It made the pool water sooo hot during the daytime. After a nice long day at the beach all we wanted, was to relax in the shade around the pool and that was never an option. There was 1 umbrella which was always occupied so please fix that! Get more umbrellas or something! One other thing, the water in the bathroom shower never got hot! It was Luke warm at best.

Loved the location, the option to fish, loved how great the cleaning crew did. The pool and hot tub were great at night time during the weekday.

The rooms need a LOT of updating and the place just felt dirty. I visited this same location about 6 years before this and it seems like it has gone down in terms of quality since then. For the price paid it should have had nicer rooms that felt cleaner.

The only thing that we didn’t like was the parking lot. It was very difficult to park and to move in and out of the hotel. Too small of a parking lot for that kind of hotel.

The location was good. The staff was helpful when we asked questions.

The marina was close by and nice and staff were very nice and told me a good spot to eat after 12am!
