The hallway carpeting needs replacement. We observed the carpets on two floors as we changed to a King room on another floor. There are large white spots on it where someone probably used bleach to spotclean it. There is probably a staff shortage because the housekeepers never made it to our room despite being asked and putting out the hang card asking for service and asking the desk to request them to make up our room every day.

Bed was comfy, room was spacious (king bedroom came with a large-ish bathroom and a sitting room). The breakfast was ample and the atmosphere in the dining room was festive. The hallways had prints that were very interesting and varied.

Bad breakfast, keycard didn’t work and wasn’t fixed after telling me it would be. When I checked out, front desk was empty for over 5 min. Front desk guy not great.

Convenient for our first night in Adelaide with pleasant view of the lake. Grocery stores right across the street.

Tha fact that there was no airport shuttle despite it being still advertised. Apparently stopped duirng Covid. Also no groacery shops within walking distance except a 7-Eleven ( not great food).. Only restaurant is in nearly hotel so dinner is difficult if you do not have a car.

Very comfortable room with a kitchen, much appreciated. Nice breakfast - cereal, yoghurt, bagel and cream cheese, omelette, bacon and chips, tea and coffee. Stafff were very helpful and polite at all times. Loved the complementary use of washing machine and dryer. Bus 130B stops outside the door to take you to South Francisco Bart - handy for travel. Good wifi and hot water

Housekeeping there was no body soap, no one cleaned our room and when I asked for towels I was given 2 bath mats and 2 hand towels. I was told that’s all they had. No apologies were given.

We had to wait a long time for the staff in several cases, we would have needed an extra bed sheet as there was less bed sheet in the room than the number of people we booked. Upon request, the lady at the reception indicated that they would give it to us, but we would have to put it on, however, even after the afternoon program, the extra bed linen was nowhere to be found, and even though we waited at the reception, they couldn't give it to us. We solved it that way, but it was no accident that we booked as many people as we did.

Spacious room, adequate equipment, breakfast included in the price and the possibility of parking the car was very good. It is true that the place where you can have breakfast is very small, but the staff quickly replenished everything that was running low, which made us very satisfied. Good value for money.

There was no ice in the freezer & no ice bucket. When asked, none were available. I was given a bag & directed to the ice machine. I couldn't hold the bag with 1 hand & press the button with the other; the bag collapsed. I finally held the bag with 2 hands, stood on 1 leg & pressed the button with my foot. I would have preferred an ice bucket. The kitchen supply was not enough for 2 guests, let alone 4.

Breakfast was adequate. There were many children that descended on the options. Staff tried to keep up.

Super outdated and needs a good modernisation. Had everything you needed, just needs a lick of paint and some fresh furniture.

We stayed in the property for less than 12 hours, but perfect for what we wanted. The staff when checking in late were friendly, was an easy process.

1. The organization of breakfast was very poor, there were not enough chairs to sit on (7 chairs and one sofa total...) people had to stand while eating or go outside to have a breakfast in front of the parking lot. Staff was aware of the situatuon but did not react. 2. Parking We didn't know that there was an extra fee for parking when we made the reservation, but we found it out on the spot (13$ per night). 3. Overall, the receptionist was not very heplfull or communicative, she seemed to be bothered by the guests

Clean hotel near the airport, I recommend a maximum of one night if you have to sleep near the airport

my lock on my door was not working , had to go to the front desk several times during my stay because I could not access my room with the card key... very frustrating... get the lock on the door fixed please .

A bit noisy because of the airplanes and the heating based on AC; but with ear plugs it was OK I didn't like the breakfast

Breakfast ran out of food early every day. It was supposed to be from 6 to 9am but there was barely anything left at 6:30. No hot food either. The fridge in the room ran too loudly especially at night. These are fine though considering the good price.
