I booked a king sized bedroom based on the spacious picture but we got a smaller room with a king sized bed. We also booked for 2 rooms to be next to each other so our kids can play together , but they were on the other wing side of the building and we dont feel safe making our kids play in one of the rooms if the room is farther.

The breakfast is ok, not bad not great either, but having a free breakfast is already a bonus.

The room had a foul odor that wasn't resolved during our stay. Had it looked into once but ignored the following times we brought it up to their attention. The hotel is pretty busy, especially during breakfast hours. The pool is great, very spacious and entertaining for the the kiddos. Overall a good stay with the exception of that unresolved matter in our room.

Close proximity to Walt Disney Resorts. The area has nice restaurants and shopping nearby.

The mickey waffle pictures are misleading. It's a make your own assembly line. There is construction equipment in a couple of areas. The restaurant on site was too high priced. 42.00 for 2 hamburgers.

Hot tub, microwave in room, location and room size. I was nervous about driving to and from the parks but it was one red-light and the next exit away. Chain restaurant options right across the parking lot. Golden corral, Bahama breeze, and a brewery.

The bathroom needed a little TLC and the air conditioner needed some TLC as well.

The pool and hot tub were not really all that clean. I didn't go into the hot tub at all because it looked gross. The pool was better but still not as clean as it could have been. The carpets were older and needed a deep clean or replacement. The Starbucks is not a full service Starbucks and do not make specialty drinks so beware. My daughters were disappointed especially since one works at a Starbucks.

The location was only 10 minutes from the Disney World parks. The complimentary shuttle was great to use! The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast had a great selection.

The beds were worn out. The mattress has several very noticable and uncomfy spots. We were also supposed to get a studio with balcony (more expensive than the other rooms), but were told they don't have those rooms available. All they're able to do was comp the parking fee.

Staff were helpful and courteous. They were apologetic for not informing us ahead of time that they cannot accommodate our room upgrade.

Paying for parking but yet there was no security at the gate.

Breakfast was ok. Needs more variety and maybe open an extra half hour at least.

There were no outlets bedside. There should always be outlets beside in order to charge phones and watches. That is a glaring design flaw. Of course there were plenty of outlets elsewhere in the room, but not where they are needed in today’s world. Did I miss something?

Limited space on shuttles. The room had a strange smell when we first walked in. There was no room to get to the door when the pull out bed was open.

The location and that we had access to the other hotels on the property. The fairy door scavenger hunt was fun. The staff was very nice. The continental breakfast was yummy.

We’ve been coming to Marriott Village for the National Cheer Competition for five years, and the rooms have become a bit dated. It seems that it’s time for a renovation to update the furniture and rooms. Other than that, everything was great.

The staff, including the cleaning personnel, were awesome. We left for the wide world of sports, and when we returned, the room had been cleaned from top to bottom. It was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated.

It was very quiet in the evening with nothing to do around the area. The Queen beds were the tiniest beds I've ever slept on!

Windows were dirty, bus to Disney late and took ages my advice forget about that and get a Lyft only $13 and gets you there fast and before the crowds.

Room comfortable, breakfast good close to restaurants and as a bonus we got to see a rocket launch!

Staff especially Venezia, not work professional. She didnt told me about 25 usd discount for my room. After I see my invoice I warn her about discount, then she changed the invoice. If Iam not say anything, she wouldn’t do anything either. It is really bad experience about her work.. Other staff were nice btw.
