Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Wi-Fi is lil tricky. Also TV is always true to its guide. Wish could use cash when purchasing food or drink. Sometimes it takes over 5 days for $ held when stay. Don't understand why?
Like the suite. Tub. I'm very comfortable here.

Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance. Kids would have liked some fruit for breakfast.

A little pricey, but we went the first week of October.
The staff was very friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. It was a nice, quiet place as well.

Parking was not great. I did not enjoy breakfast.

We were planning on using the indoor pool & hot tub but they were under repairs this would've been nice to know prior to booking-maybe put on your website that it is under repair especially since we found out this had been going on for several months. The ac in our room was not great woke up two nights out of the three we stayed because it had become so warm in the room even though the ac was set to 65. Also the toilet randomly made noises like it flushed itself in the middle of the night which woke us up. The breakfast was the typical offerings you expect from continental breakfast.

No issues at all.
Breakfast was fantastic. Suite size and functionality was wonderful. Coffee was very good. 24 hour front desk was super helpful and convenient. Beds were comfortable and quiet.

Extremely hard to find off highway. Hotel sign is way back off the street, hidden from road by overpass and trees. Also retail stores in front block seeing the hotel. We passed it without seeing it and route 129 is impossible to do a U turn and enter parking lot. Took us over 30 min using gps to find an entrance into hotel parking lot.
Big room, kitchenette, quiet, comfortable beds, charging station next to bed.

One small matter is that since pets, particularly dogs, are permitted in room with the guest, there is the chance of persistent, irritating barking. That did happen, next door to our room, which was 515. The evening manager on duty was very responsive, contacting the dog owner. The barking stopped after an hour or so, but we still had to endure that during the 9 to 10 p.m. hour . Evidently the owner was not in the room from the afternoon through the evening, leaving the dog unsupervised. If guests want dogs in their room, they should not be allowed to leave them alone.
Breakfast was very good with sufficient variety. Thank you for providing oat milk! I figured that might not be provided. The facility was quiet, generally, which I like. Staff courteously answered questions that I had. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Not enough options for breakfast. Food was limited at 9:30 am. No vending machines or ice on hotel room floor. Bathtub was discolored. No drinking water provided in room. Pool and hot tub were out of service.
Check in was easy Room was clean and spacious and came equipped with refrigerator and microwave. Hotel staff was friendly.

The only thing I can think of is the ice machine on the first floor not working. It was a little inconvenient having to go back up to the second floor twice just to get some ice for my family's cooler, but I understand that it was a unique situation. Just make sure all your ice machines are working. Besides that, the stay at your hotel was perfect!
The breakfast was pretty good! I enjoyed the sitting area too. Very cozy. The location was nice because it was right off the highway.
