We weren't aware of the parking situation and the issues they were having that required us to use valet parking and pay another unexpected fee. 2 different lights in our room did not work along with the refrigerator, which was hot inside when I opened it and stunk bad. These issues were documented to the working supervisor only to hear. I'll make note of this and have something check it out. No offer of anything.

The lobby/sitting area/bar was very nice,professional, and clean, which made you feel at home. The room was very nice and comforting. A very quick walk to the arena. Probably 500 yards. Nice breakfast display with many great options

The carpet was dirty. Spagetti stains and a single spaghetti found. I also found someone's jewelry on the carpet behind the location of the trash bin. I wasn't impressed with the eggs served during breakfast. I couldn't eat it. They only had turkey sausage, no bacon or beef sausage or other types of eggs.

Overall, it is a beautiful hotel. I love the design of the hotel and room. The general area is pretty clean.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and met my expectations. My sister & I were there to see the production of "Shen Yun" and were able to walk to the theater. The free breakfast was also wonderful with an array of choices. The only thing I had a problem with was their parking. There's no self parking & on the app, they kept charging me for multiple nights without being able to make a correction. All in all, it was a beautiful hotel and I'd stay again.

The free breakfast was really awful on this visit. The oatmeal was actually grits, which were not cooked well. The milk for the cereal was brownish, I was told it was goat's milk?? Fruit looked awful. Unfortunately no decent restaurants in the area.

Hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Their location next to the Hippodrome is ideal when going to a show there. Staff was friendly.

Location is not far from harbor, walking might not be pleasant endeavor especially in area around Lexington market, for me it was ok, but some people do not consider it safe; breakfast is too poor even for SpringHill Suites, keep in mind that there are are few hotels with same name in the City in order not to mix up addresses; some cleaning staff is not speaking any English;

Hotel is brand new, with nice and spacious rooms; bad is good and comfortable, working place is convenient; sofa is pleasant to sit on; wanted to mention coffee which I particularly liked in this hotel;

I didnt like when we returned from our outing that a homeless person was sleeping in the area of the hotel where the luggage carts were. This made me a little uneasy.

They can think of some variety in the breakfast as the same stuff was on the menu everyday. Bathroom needs to be cleaned properly

The hotel is located in a good place near the convention center and the harbour. Staffs were friendly. I stayed there for 5 days. Room size is big.

I didn’t like the other end of Eutaw street.. didn’t look safe and I didn’t like that there wasn’t any secured parking available.

I enjoyed the different restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. That was really convenient to have those accessible at walking distance.
