United States of AmericaWe were traveling from NYC to a final destination of Oklahoma and due to a tornado, our flight out of Dallas to Oklahoma was canceled, and there was a 24 hr layover. I found SpringHill online in the middle of night and the amazing staff and hotel made a stressful experience and a very enjoyable one. "Shoe" the night manager was so helpful and kind as she checked us in at 2am. The room was beautiful, spacious and extremely clean. The next day we enjoyed a great complimentary breakfast, and the day manager Greg was also wonderful, he arranged a shuttle ride for us to CVS, then to the airport later that day. They took care of everything. I was even able to get in a good work out at their great equipped gym. I can't say enough how awesome SpringHill is, would highly recommend, wish I could have stayed longer!!

United States of AmericaMy only complaint is that they started testing fire alarms on the last day I was there and woke me up out of a dead sleep thinking the hotel was on fire. I called the front desk and they were very apologetic and advised that there was a new owner or management company and weren’t informed ahead of time. I’m happened a second time while I was working before I checked out and I called again. When I checked out they were very apologetic and offered me something for free out of their snack area right by the desk. You would normally have to pay for any items there but they gave me a frappacino for free but it’s also nice to have a place to get a snack anytime of the night. They have a bar as well.
Everything was great about this property, very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing and it was nice to have a shuttle to the airport.

Great location, staff was friendly and attentive. Room, hallways, and common areas all clean throughout stay. Indoor pool was warm and great for the kids!

United States of AmericaI really did mot like the housekeeping they didn't speak any English they couldn't understand I needed more towels or anything I also stayed there 5 days and asked to have a full service cleaning on the 3rd day ,The housekeeper remade the bed no sheet change and gave me 2 face towels,also she did not clean the bathroom , pull the trash or vacuumed so when I got back I had to call the front desk to see what happened, and spoke to Mrs.Blanche she was very attentive and very helpful she had great customer service So she informed me she left a note for the manager to see if I could get a credit So I called on Monday morning when I checked put I talked to the manager Jennnifer she was very rude and told me with a smart tone What do you want me to ?,I can't do anything ,So I asked for a credit on my account but just know I will never stay there again and also they give the same old breakfast food 3 days in a row

The hotel is very out dated needs a much needed upgrade. Only one elevator was working the whole time. So we had to wait if there were to many people on at once. It could have been a little cleaner in the hallways there was trash on top of the trash can , as well as on the floor near trash can. The grab and go breakfast was not satisfying. Covid been around and other hotels are serving hot breakfast. The gazebo area was nasty the chair had bird poop on them and dirt was all over.
