The heater unit was so loud when running 😫 that it made it difficult to sleep. We needed to use it because it was only 6 degrees outside. The mattress was not as nice as other hotels of that price point.

Liked the updated remodeling that has been done. Also, the location was good for our needs. The price and pictures are what helped me make the reservation.

The room was a little warm and stuffy. We had trouble getting the thermostat to work properly. We opened a window to have air circulate and cool down the room which helped some. Also, there was no housekeeping services for 3 days (given it was Christmas) and the bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) were running low and almost out when we got to our room. It did not get refilled even when housekeeping came on day 4.

It was a nice and big room for 3 adults. The breakfast was excellent and had a great variety. There was pool and 24-hr gym to use. There was also easy access to shops and restaurants as well as the interstate. We enjoyed our stay for the most part.

Nothing really. Price but that’s everything nowadays . In no way should this comment reflect on the good, hard working folks who work here.

The Staff!! Starts with the employees. From top to bottom you can tell when a business has the right people in place. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with smiling faces. They’re always very accommodating and pleasant. Next is the cleanliness, you can literally smell how clean the facility is in the air. The rooms feel clean, you feel comfortable and at home. Lastly, only b/c this is getting long but the breakfast is amazing. Little things like waffle makers and even the mini waffle maker, cereal and the oatmeal station. All the fixins’. Hard to find a hotel that serves still breakfast. All around A+.

The Break Fast is not up to the mark the same breakfast menu they are changing in alternate days so they want to change different verities of menu in breakfast.

Pool was on the small side and water was cold, no hot tub. Bathroom floor was dirty and there were huge stains on the pull out bed. Guests in the room next to us were incredibly loud through the middle of the night, but that's no fault of the hotel's. Sunday morning there was not enough breakfast out for all the guests that were trying to eat, there wasn't much left at all only halfway through the set breakfast time.

The staff was great, room size and feel was comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. Little shop in the lobby was also very convenient and not too far from places we went during our stay.

Gave you tea bags, but nothing to heat water in, or instructions to use the little coffee maker for hot water. No do not disturb sign. Dead bolt didn't work on door. Although felt secure. Large gash in cushion on couch. A bit unsightly to guest. When mentioned at checkout, said it was on order to fix.

Could park close to building. Tea coffee in room. Could sign into Netflix account. Bed was nice. Facial towelettes for face wash were nice.

There was not a good place to do makeup. Couch not comfortable, would have preferred 2 lounge chairs.

Very friendly staff, clean, and there is a Culver right in front of the hotel so that was a convenient and good dinner choice. We had an early appointment and had to leave before breakfast was set up but could smell it and seen them starting to set up as we left.

The pool was not only very small (and shallow) but it was also extremely cold, even though the website says it was heated
