We had a couple issues with housekeeping not speaking enough English to understand when we needed something, so we had to go to the front desk. The breakfasts were lacking. Only one day were the eggs not powdered. And it was cold. The pool was overrun with kids. Parents brought pizza into the pool area and left it dirty. The only time we could get in without kids taking over, was when it was closed for cleaning. It would have been nice if there had been another separate pool and hot tub for adults only.

The staff were wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Didn't tell us the pool and hot tub were under construction until we got there, I would have not booked with u if I knew this we wanted to swim after Thanksgiving point. U need to make that very clear when booking.

The hot tub was not working for our entire stay, our tv was a little tricky to navigate. We were a family of 5 in the room and we continued to ask for more towels because they only left 3 in the room.

It conveniently located for us. Employees were great and always had a smile on their face and worked hard for guest. Breakfast was always great!

The food was terrible. The hot tub didn’t work. The AC unit wouldn’t keep the fan in had to call maintenance. They were going to give me a refund, but since I booked it through booking.com they couldn’t. The pillows were terrible.

The outside was nice. They let you bring your animal. The staff was great. Very Kind.

The hot tub was down and that is a BIG deal for us since we are older and the hot tub is something we look forward to. Not having it up and running made the experience less attractive. The hot tub and the breakfast is lame. Why can't you guys get a waffle maker and a little more food? A little variety is good. You guys probably have one of the worst breakfasts ever.

Large room, clean. Breakfast was comparatively good. Nice terrace on backside of the hotel which one can enjoy in the evening. Close to Thanksgiving Point attractions.

The pool was ICE cold. Like it felt like someone had just dumped buckets of ice in there. Plus it’s much smaller then the pictures lead it to be. And there were some guest who didn’t care to take care of their children In the pool. I’d suggest some extra walk bys of the pool if possible to help.

It was right next to Thanksgiving point. Beds were small but comfortable. Staff was super nice and amazing. Breakfast was pretty good but it ends at 9 on weekdays and 9:30 on weekends.

Breakfast. Way too few seating options, no possibility of eating outside even though the place has a great teracce. (It has chairs and tables but not suitable for eating). Only one staff member was present for the breakfast, so the guests had to wait for everything. Even though the room was basically brand new, we unmistakably felt cigarette smoke upon entering every time. Maybe only because the room number was 420 - not sure. :)

The high cost to have you dog, $50. and $5 for cleaning. Take a deposited and if bad keep, but twice sting...will not stay again at a zoo Marriott property. A $109, room ends up $186 dollars. The noicist part of evening were kids run down the halls and the stay free.

I disliked the size of the rooms, the hot tub being broken, the size of the pool, the construction going on from 6 in the morning to past 6 at night, the noise, the coffee, the lounge freezer is not very cold and the ice cream was melting when opened, and the layout of the rooms. I liked that facilities gave us new towels daily, and that the staff was friendly.
