only ehh was the pool was right by the entrance and the elevators, so a little awkward if you wanted to sit in there, but if you don’t mind that then it should be fine! Only one elevator so sometimes it does take a little bit to go up and down but not terrible, sometimes crowded.

Very clean and wow spacious!! We stayed there for almost a full week and never once did we feel tight in there or like it was getting dirty. I love springhill suites, this location specifically was clean, staff is nice and friendly (always acknowledged us as we walked in and out), breakfast was decent (area is a little tight so a little crowded), all in all a great experience for the price. We were able to connect our streaming service account and it even signs you out automatically, so super cool!

Workout room-not all the equipment worked properly. Shower didn’t drain very well, had quite a bit of standing water when showering. Some dust noticed in shower vents

Comfortable beds, appreciate the nice big rooms. Breakfast had good variety. Pool was just ok. The few ‘bad things’ wouldn’t deter me from staying again

The shower room (with toilet) had no place to set my clean clothes after the shower. Also I thought I could get a waffle in the morning (but the oatmeal and topping made up for that😊)

Front desk woman Sat. 10/5 was rude, not helpful, almost yelling at us and was away from front desk and on her personal phone. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and would cause me not to stay at Springhill again. We are extremely nice people and we're just trying to get some questions answered and help. It also was the day of my son's wedding. This woman should be fired!! Also, was not impressed with Mintahoe Catering food quality for price charged. Lastly, somebody mopped outside of our conference room while we were using (4:20p-ish) it and one of our guests almost slipped and fell due to no cone by door to alert her of slipperiness. The cone was way over by the middle of the room so she didn't see it when she stepped out of the conference room. It was very slippery!

Liked suites comfort and layout. Liked working with Liz for our conference room set up for Grooms Dinner. Also appreciated (Jeneane's) help checking in on Fri. 10/4 early.

Wifi was spotty due to storms in the area, thought they would have been able to get it back running during my week long stay. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I know it’s fixed

We didn’t get to explore the patio, pool, etc as we were only in town for a concert but we truly enjoyed everything! Having only one elevator does require some waiting, but nothing that was not manageable.

Great location! This hotel is near so many great restaurants! Breakfast was also good, which is such a plus!

A little more attention to cleaning certain parts of the rooms. When we were making sure we hadn’t forgotten anything at the end of our stay we checked under the bed to see if we left anything and there was garbage under there from people before us. In tighter corners around the room they needed to be cleaned a little better. Lots of dust and bits of stuff.
