Front desk staff not very friendly. For a place that bemefits from tourism- guests to the city should feel welcomed🤗

Breakfast was great. Would have been nice for the band to gather else where to prepare to leave instead of taking up all the space. The outdoor area on 2nd floor- or pool area- the weather was great for them

The beds were very hard. Not comfortable at all.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It’s close to French quarter. It’s considered “in the box”.

The layout of the rooms was odd. Very small space in the bedroom area and too much space in the kitchen area. It would have been nice to have some hooks to hang towels or clothes on. Breakfast was ok but ran out of items and staff was slow to replenish.

The bed was firm and comfortable, the staff was exceptional and the location was good. It was comforting to know that a security person was on the premises overnight.

I went at the wrong time . It took us literally 3 to 4 hours to get to the hotel cause of the parade going on. Made it to the hotel. We had to park somewhere else & pay 68 for parking. That was not right at all. They gave us a paper with places to park. We was lost cause we not from New Orleans & didn't know what to do. I feel like they can explain it a little more then what they did . That sofa bed pull out wasn't clean ...

When we finally made to the hotel. It was very clean! Smelled really good.

Expected full payment for stay to be deducted from account upon check in & not 4 days after check out. Stayed at this same location (2023) for Mardi Gras; reasonably priced. This time significantly more ($500 increase) & hotel attempted to assess deposit/charge 3 days stay prior to checking in (this wasn’t stated in the contract that Hotel has with Booking.com.

Breakfast was decent. Love the location; in walking distance of where I/we needed to be.

It wasn’t equipped with enough parking for all its guest knowing that this was a eventful week and didn’t even bother to let that be known before hand though they did give a list to try some of the parking were not even available so it’s safe to say they were not up to date with their information they were giving. The lighting in the hotel room is very little and dim

There were not pillows and blankets for the pullout. We went to the desk to get them and they only had one pillow and some sheet to double up to use as a blanket. The man in like behind us was needing the same thing and there were none.

We were staying for two days and we're told the room service is provided every other day. There was so much trash stacked up in our room. We had to go down and ask for towels and an extra blanket. The hotels and no extra pillows to provide.

Overall the staff was really good. The rooms were big and clean

This is not a ‘full service’ hotel, which means cleaning is every other day and no room dining service. Not a huge negative but was not aware of this before booking.

Super close to the convention center as well as the riverside mall. Small 24/7 market is very convenient, and the space is clean and tidy. Breakfast was fairly standard.

Breakfast was the same everyday (sausage and eggs, breads, oats/cereal, 2-3 fruits, coffee/tea, milk/yogurt) and sometimes no longer available 30min before it was supposed to end. It would have been great if we were told upon check-in what days our room was scheduled to be cleaned (it's not daily). Housekeeping didn't follow what their sign said, replacing our towels even if we left them hanging (instead of only replacing those on the floor). And there was a handprint and marks above our headboard.

Excellent location which was near the convention center and found restaurants nearby that we went to multiple times (Cochon Butcher and Gus's). The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating (allowing packages to be received and luggage stored while we picked up our rental car). Room was spacious: it was great to have a work desk away from the bed and sofa to lounge in.

Lighting in the room left a little to be desired - also had expected full tea and coffee facilities in the room -there was no jug just small coffee machine - no tea/ coffee/ sugar etc - no actual cups only 2 paper ones - also there is fridge and micowave which is great but no cutlery or plates

Very Convenient to convention centre , staff great - Breakfast was good but some variety in the hot foods would have been nice.

Limited parking on site. We had to park off property which is easy when traveling with children.
