The hotel had a few quirks, but were manageable. It wasn’t quite warm enough to have working air conditioning as we were explained to by hotel staff, so the room was a little warm. we opened the window to compensate. We would stay again though.

Loved the history behind the hotel. We were located in the heart of the historic town. Really enjoyed our one night stay.

Very nice historic hotel right in the middle of beautiful Santa Fe. The standard room was too small but we upgraded to a deluxe room on a corner, and that was very nice.

Had some issues with temperature control in the room, but nothing extremely serious. WiFi connection in the room was patchy and made it difficult to work from the room.

Location was great. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room. Bar in lobby was nice as well.

The location of our room back up to the street and at two in the morning there were ladies screaming in Spanish. I thought one of them might’ve been getting murdered and honking horns and just overall a little noisy.

I don’t think there was a breakfast, but we did eat at there, secret toes and it was very good

The hotel needs to figure out their parking. I feel sorry for the staff that are placed in a very awkward situation with valet parking. When the hotel is busy it forces a line of cars that backup the already congested street in front of the hotel. And if you’re forcing customers to valet park their car, you cannot say that you are of no fault. If something happens to their vehicle. That sign you have in the parking lot will absolutely not hold up in a court of law. Please, for the sake of your staff and customers figure something out when it comes to parking.

    Great location and historical building.

The hotel has a relaxed vibe with understated elegance in a ideal location. The room I stayed in had windows and a large bathroom. It was quiet. There was coffee and tea in the lobby.

It was a beautiful, historic property with lovely touches in the lobby and in the halls. I loved the water receptacle, candles, and fireplace in the lobby. The rooms were small, but comfortable and clean. The location was perfect; close to the cathedral, shopping, and restaurants.

Our room was in the front of the hotel--heard outdoor noises late into the night even with windows closed. Needs soundproofing. Room was dark--could use better lighting especially at the sink. No full length mirror.

My room was very small and looked upon a wall ... I suppose because I was on my own . It wouldn't be possible to have 2 people stay in that room . I also had to pay 60 dollars extra for the spa ( which was in a nearby hotel ) and valet parking that I didn't particularly need .

The location is perfect . The building superb and picturesque . Classy too and sober . This I loved .

Street noise from jacked up vehicles blasting up and down the streets both nights during our stay was sleep disruptive at 2am. This is juvenile, counter to the community as a peaceful place and damaging to your business. Hoteliers and service community in general need to get it shut down asap

    Location staff ambiance clean

    Awesome location

The only real problem was that our room faced onto the back of a building, and at 4:00 a.m. a huge trash truck emptied two big, loud dumpsters. The windows are single-pane and not soundproof at all, and it was a bummer. I understand that this isn't in the control of the hotel, but we requested a quiet room. There was a surprise $30 "amenity fee" that included parking and using the gym at another hotel and a pool at a third hotel. I understand a fee for parking, but since there is neither a gym nor a pool on site, it seemed a bit duplicitous to charge an amenity fee.

The hotel has a lot of charm as a historic hotel in Santa Fe. The location is ideal...right in the midst of everything. I liked having breakfast at Pasqual's, just down the block, since there was not a breakfast option at the hotel.

Our room was very small and had lots of dog hair in it. We don’t have a dog. Perhaps there should be pet free rooms.

The people who work at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. We received excellent service. The lobby is a lovely place to sit since the rooms are so small.

Fireplace on at every night in the winter

The location is great and the staff are very accommodating. The heater in our room did not work so they brought a space heater. The fact that parking was included was the deal of the season. Off season pricing was very reasonable.

Way too expensive for off season. Crummy little room with a terrible view. Noisy heating/cooling outside the window. The whole building was baking hot on a cold snowy night. Dead cricket in the bathtub. Tiny TV. Tiny bathroom.
