You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThey really didn't have breakfast. Only coffee and 3 kinds of oatmeal. So definitely, should take off that they offer breakfast. Left a bag of towels outside my room door until the next day.
Having the kitchen with a full fridge, with 2 burners and a microwave. I also noticed that a lot of families live here, which tells me that it's affordable.

United States of AmericaThe tub was dirty it had hair and beer bottle caps in it, there was always suspicious characters laying around outside my room the stairs or just around the building, there were people sleeping outside like they were homeless and there was a man following and watching me everywhere I went which made me extremely uncomfortable

United States of AmericaThe rooms, although remodeled, lack finishing touches, such as a door sweep to keep the torrents of water from blowing in under the door. Surfaces that are touched by hands are painted with flat wall paint and have gotten dirty.

United States of AmericaThere was one person getting checked in and three of us waiting in the little lobby to be checked in. The man that was in the process of getting checked in was a bit disorganized so it was taking some time. I could hear people in the back office area. It would have been great if someone would have come up to assist. Also, I was traveling with a medium to large dog and booked hotel/motels where I could park in front of the door and get the dog and my things in easily. I asked for a first floor room when I booked. However when I was checked in, I was given a third floor room. I understand that likely longer staying guests have many of the first floor rooms, it would be great to reserve a few for short-term guests too.
The staff person was friendly at check in and patient with the gentleman that checked in a head of me who was very disorganized. The room was cleaner than any other room I had on this trip. It was bright and inviting. The room was cooled before I entered which was wonderful after lugging bags in the heat and humidity.

United States of AmericaUnsafe. Copa called 3 times during the night. Fight screaming people "help me". Floors were absolutely filthy! I asked for a broom to sweep up the cereal and dirt I don't think think place is suitable for anyone AND think I should be refunded partially if nor fully. This was the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in and I and a frequent traveler in many states and overseas
