Didn't serve complimentary Decaf coffee in the lobby and had no coffee server in the room. Valet parking was quite expensive at $64 per day with tax.

Room and lobby and service were exceptional.

Pictures online look better than the hotel itself. No pool, workout area very lacking and not really worth spending the money to stay at.

Fitness center was very bad 😐

Beautiful accommodations, regal and distinguished. Friendly attentive staff. Fabulous tradition of 6pm champagne sabering each. If hy - with a champagne for every guest. The hotel also smells DIVINE

Room was very comfortable and bed and linens like a cloud. We were treated like royalty. St. Regis is close to everything. A tiny wedding cake was left for us (as it was our anniversary). Turndown service and slippers every night. Love the champagne toast at 6PM. Bar was cozy and bartender really nice. All in all a wonderful place to stay.

Coffee making facilities in the room - please!! So annoying. No bath tub which we would have expected at the price.

Just around the corner from the White House - great central location. Lovely staff. Comfortable, beautiful rooms. Great breakfast.

Business center was closed down. Friendly help by the concierge though. Overpriced breakfast. Bathroom could use less brass, more modern equipment.

Classy aristocratic hotel. Professional friendly staff. Good free WiFi. Powerful air-conditioning. Free morning coffee and afternoon ice tea. Comfortable bed, quality linens, bathrobes.

We did not like the restaurant . We went there for an overpriced, undercooked breakfast. Uncomfortable chairs. We did like our meal in the adjacent bar. Great light dinner and very friendly staff.

Very friendly staff. Excellent Concierge Staff, super helpful. Beautifully decorated rooms and public spaces. Overall great service.

That I had to ask for coffee pot and for replenishing of coffee service daily.

Loved the proximity to White House and metro station. Loved the beauty of the entry foyer and help from the concierge was informative.

Classy hotel with good service in a great location. Lovely decoration and with all the facilities that old hotels tend to have. Breakfast was delicious. Did not eat there otherwise as other great restaurants are close by. Gym is accessed via another hotel which tells you something.
