The hotel room doors are outside accessible. The two rooms I entered had gaps between the door frame and the door. People were outside my room talking, and I could hear them clear as day. Which means- they can also hear me. I should have thought to double-check this when booking, but I didn’t. I’m not a fan of outside doors as you never know who may be standing outside them when you go to exit and there appread to be a few questionable visitors there. I’m sure some weathering stripping around the doors would solve the issue with the noise. The room was clean. There were not any outlets near the bed to plug in your phone. The laundry room was out of service. I called to order an in-room massage (from an outside company) the morning I was leavingbut I had to cancel the massage because the bathtub leaked all over the floor and some of my belongings. I called to report this and nobody ever showed up to sop up the water; leaving me to step over a huge puddle all morning until checkout. I reached out to the email provided to share this information and never heard back from anyone. Feedback for Booking.com- The photo of the outdoors is not from Vegas- there’s no option on here to remove it. I would have included video of the people talking outside of my room and the flood but video is not an option on this platform unfortunately.

The location was nice. I didn’t venture out at all as I was only passing through for the evening and thought I’d check out Las Vegas. The staff was friendly. One gentleman tried to explain to me about taking the bridge over to the strip- but I was tired after traveling and didn’t feel like venturing out.

It was right next to the Allegiant Stadium so I saved myself a parking fee for the concert I was attending.

One night staff was Very unprofessional and didn’t follow the hotel policy . She denied to provide us with an extra key . And ask for a fee . the Moro I g staff has apologised for that . It was frustrating being waiting that night in the cold and denying to provide customer service . Unsatisfied.

I had no issues, just a small issue with the TV remote not working .

Easy check in, the ability to check in and check out at an earlier or later time was very convenient and they were very accommodating. Also, they don't require a deposit?!!!

some of the staff was not very nice. heavy dust and rests of food on a shelf. some of the other guests were quite loud in the evenings and a lot of half shady people coming and going late at night. very close to the highway and the airport so quite loud at night if you are a light sleeper. beds are very firm and have a plastic sheet underneath that rustles.

That after a long shift i was trying to sleep in till 10, but was woke up at 7:45 am by a maintenance worker with leaf blower blowing the parking lot

Room furnishing basic but clean, acceptable for the price. Main issue is the infernal noise from I-15 and low-flying helicopters approaching the airport.
