Mom is in a wheelchair and the bed was a little too high for her. It would have been good to have a roll away bed available.

Not having an oven was a little disappointing but was able to make do with the stove top and microwave. There's not much to do within walking distance of the hotel but I made do. There was some construction going on but that did not take away from the overall experience.

The complimentary breakfast which was from 6:30 to 9:30 was a nice touch. The food was good with options such as waffles, eggs, sausages, potatoes and oatmeal. Drinks included coffee, apple juice, orange juice and a soda machine nearby.

Over booking issues left us a few beds too little and space less then comfortable. The staff did all they could to accomodate but a family with 7 people isn't the easiest to figure out. The place was very nice i would stay again but not using booking.com anymore.

The windows did not seal very well. We heard all the traffic along with people talking right out in front of the facility. We were on the fourth floor facing the road. The toilet would run occasionally. The toilet seat was loose and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The shower diverter valve was leaking as much water down the drain as was coming out of the shower head. Just wanted to be honest and share!

The staff was very friendly and the room was better than most in regards to space. I liked the small kitchenette and the equipped facilities in the kitchen. I liked the breakfast and the convenience.

We wanted a king bed or 2 queens but did not need a suite with full kitchen .. since only there 2 nights & visiting family; we were told that was only available! The sofa was not directly facing the tv, making it hard to watch sideways!

The king suite was very spacious, clean & staff very pleasant!

The fire alarm went off at least twice. The water had to be turned off for 3 hours during our stay due to remodeling (of course we were notified). Finally, although the hotel offers wi-fi, it would be great if the hotel had app’s on the television so that visitors can have access to their Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and other streaming services; local T.V., and HBO is just not going to cut it especially if it happens to rain.

The full kitchen and separate living-sleeping area was exceptional. It was clean, the staff was very attentive and the environment was pleasant. Parking was a breeze.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable.

The room was good size. The kitchen suite allowed us to store some items in fridge and supplied silverware, cups and plates. Breakfast offered many options and was sufficient. Price was within our budget for one night of travel.

There were some aspects of the hotel that could be upgraded to make it better. The carpeting in the gym area is run down and in the rooms as well. The couch in the lobby could be replaced to make it better. Otherwise everything else was great.

The location was ideal for my wife and I. It was quite and peaceful.

Bob. While recently staying here, there was “an issue” with booking on Booking.com and adding a day to our stay. We checked in and the next morning I went to the front desk and encountered Bob. Bob was very short with me when I asked him why there seemed to be $100 more on the bill than what was quoted at booking (a $50 per night fee not listed on anything on booking.com or when checking in) When I asked Bob why there would be a recurring fee each night for a 2 nights stay in the same room as it was one stay and at best there should only be one fee for the entire stay he retorted “what don’t you understand?” as if I were an idiot he was exasperated to be speaking to. Bob is the reason we won’t be staying again. And what Bob doesn’t know, albeit I’m sure he doesn’t care as he seemed like he didn’t care for his job, is that our son just enrolled at ESU for 4 years. That’s 4 years at $250/night minimum for 2-3 nights each stay for 6 stays a year (more when family also visits). While the facilities are very nice and we were happy with the secluded, quiet location and cleanliness, I can certainly say I won’t be staying at this location again because of the hidden nightly $50 fee never itemized or mentioned, but moreover because of Bob. The rest of the ladies working the front desk were kind and cordial. Perhaps they could retrain Bob or at least find him an application for a less customer facing role. Unfortunately, working at the front desk requires you must deal with guests with questions, Bob. It is in your job description.

The couch looked filthy and the pullout bed in the couch was a terrible spring thin mattress. The bottom of the tub was a bit stained with what appeared to be just dirt, but the shower and bathroom otherwise was clean and very nice. The included breakfast was ok i guess. Eggs were a weird circle (like dunkins egg sandwich eggs) but that and the sausage were tasty.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable! It was a quiet stay with what seemed only a few guests. It felt like a home away from home with the kitchen included. Close access to highway and quiet and safe area. The AC was nice and cool and seemed like a new unit!
