The walls could use some touching up in the room, silverware was missing and plates weren't checked, as some had been placed back without being washed. The elevator is slooooow.

The windows are awful, it makes everything cold. Especially in the pool area, the doors and windows were all wet from condensation. The bathroom for the pool area should be inside the pool room, not outside in the hall.

Five dollars per night for parking is petty and can only be described as chicken manure!

Modern, clean, commodious accommodations, good breakfast with high-octane coffee. Comfortable bed, comfortable pillows. We had a king suite, which included a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, and a comfortable couch for watching television and surfing on our iPhones.  the shower was large and ergonomically correct for us seniors. If you stay here, I don’t think you will be disappointed. 💋

The breakfast does not start until 7:30am on the weekend. We didn’t even get to utilize breakfast for it was to late for us.

Our refrigerator went out and wreaked a lot of the food we bought for week. (Approx. $100.00 worth) Told staff and they changed out to put working one in our room within 1 hr. of being told. Unfortunately, we didn't say anything for two days. No ice machine in Hotel, and we are ice users.

Missing pots and pans, my granddaughter is 9 months old so I was surprise when we let her down to crawl on the rugs how dirty she was when we picked her up. We used the coffee pot and the coffee came out of the bottom of it, made a real mess.

The kitchen, you can not cook anything in there or the smoke alarm goes off, the heat and air was temperamental the room was cold but the living room was hot or visa versa

The only sour note was the breakfast. We were surprised at the poor quality and the lack of cleanliness, because every other thing about the stay was great. The breakfast area had scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals, muffins, a yogurt "bar," and a waffle station. The bacon was sliced like paper, cooked to the point it crumbled in the tongs, and it was inedible. The scrambled eggs were marginally edible, as they were barely warm and there was no way to re-warm them, so they were cold within a minute. Thankfully the waffles were good or we would have gone hungry! Although breakfast on a Sunday was from 7:30 am to 10:30 am, and we were all there between 9-10 am, there were overflowing trash cans, no one wiping up tables while we were there (we did our own), fruit gone by 9:30 a.m., one lone muffin left (or not restocked), coffee stations without coffee or nonflavored creamer (not everyone likes hazelnut creamer :) We think the biggest issue was they had only one person manning the entire breakfast station. She was pretty overwhelmed. If you advertise a decent breakfast, then you must staff it! Even one more person helping her would have made a big difference.

The staff, especially the gentleman who checked us in, did a great job. Check in and check out were seamless. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath suites were excellent. Well laid out, super quiet, clean, and comfortable. We traveled with several other families, each of whom had 3 kids plus parents, and it was perfect. The pullout sofa bed is good for smaller kids, maybe up to about 12 or 13 years old, but both queen beds in the bedrooms were very comfy. The cleanliness of the rooms really deserve an A+, as does most of the facility (we did not see all of it). It was the quietest hotel I've been in for years. I did not hear another person and I'm a light sleeper. We were very impressed overall and appreciated details like extra pillows, a well-laid out kitchenette, 3 televisions, and a well-appointed bathroom. I really liked the hand soap, hand lotion, shampoo, and conditioner in large, stationary wall-mounted containers, instead of small individual bottles. It probably saves a ton, helps the environment, and it was much cleaner that way.

Refrigerator kept freezing all of our food and drinks even though we turned the temperature down, and too many people (not sure if they were staff or guests) smoking weed and cigarettes right in front of the front door, my kids were gagging eveytime we had to walk past them.

Room was clean, facilities were clean, beds were comfy, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and convenient.

The bed was sooo high. I’m 5’5” and the top of the mattress came up to my waist. It’s a new-fashioned thing, I guess, but a really uncomfortable feature. I wouldn’t want a child sleeping up there and falling off in the night.

Easy access from the parking lot. Front desk staff very helpful, getting us a room close to the elevator, as I’m using a walker right now. The free breakfast is better than basic. Small kitchen in the room is very helpful.

The breakfast was horrible! Could not recognize the filling in the burrito! And why is there a $5 charge for parking? I have never been charged at any IHG property.
