Great Hotel at the top of the strip

Location is at the top of the strip which means either a walk or a taxi ride is often needed. But the same could be said of the Mandalay Bay at the bottom of the strip Ubers were generally $10 -12 to mid strip (Bellagio/Caesars Palace) Parking was $20 per day for guests

Hotel was clean and well lit with friendly helpful staff Room was clean, serviced daily and comfortable. Pool area was pleasant, with shade if needed

Good place to stay with good restaurants and activities in the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean.

I did not like the fact that our rooms were entered even after having the DO NOT DISTURB sign hanging on the door. That caught us by surprise.

The rooms were nice and clean. Location was good close to most other resorts and casinos as well as restaurants. The rooms are decent but needed more toiletries.

The showers and sinks plumbing sucks!!!! - Who wants to stand in a puddle of dirty shower water!!! (Some update) - The sink would hold water while brushing your teeth ( I was sick to my stomach looking at a sink full water not draining correctly. -check in staff rude af!!

Lack of dining options, a bit far from walking towards busy part of the strip.

    Great hotel! Wonderful amenities!
    • Leisure trip

My only complaint would be with the large windows it took a while for the room to cool down in the evening even with the AC turned way down.

The room was very large and clean. We had a great view of the people participating in the "Skydiving" at the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

    • Elevate 2 Queens - Newly Renovated

The hotel advertised a laundry but there was not one on site. Also our room did not have a view it looked onto a concrete slab which was a little disappointing.

    Room was clean and spacious.

The room was extremely small and bland. The window was about the size of a postage stamp and that was okay because the view was of nothing. The pool was closed “due to inclement weather” but the weather was perfect pool weather. Nearly the entire mall area was closed and boarded up. No shops. The location is very out of the way.

It was clean and a nice recent remodel. It was where we needed to be for our event.

Strong smell of cigarette smoke in most of the buildings. No cream/milk for coffee. Expensive resort fee, didn't reply to any messages or emails prior to check in.

Mis-sold an upgrade on checking in. Amenities that were promised were missing from room. Had to report this 4 times before this was resolved.

Location was perfect, a mixture of the strip and downtown Las Vegas. The arts district area was very close and cool also.

Paying for parking at a hotel , you are a guest at. For that reason I will look elsewhere before staying here again. It's my first time to Vegas in a while. Hoping it's not that way everywhere. And I only stayed one night , and was charged for two nights of parking. And the parking company was impossible to reach. They probably do that so you will give up on getting a refund.

    Room was nice and clean.

There was no free parking for us. We had to additionally pay 30$ per day to park at 5 minutes distance from hotel. It was awful.

It was clean and the casino at ground floor looks nice even if we don't actually gamble.

Last time I was here, I had to pay for parking… so stupid!!! This time I didn’t…. Thank you, there is no need to charge for parking ever!!! The only other thing is the stupid resort fees… they are more than the room… I had access to all those so called ammenidies before resort fees… so do tell me that’s what they are for!!! Plus not many restaurants and they are not always open

It’s spacious and good views, rooms are big and comfy
