We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesA coffee filter and coffee in the room. When the website says the room has a coffee maker, I expected the rest to be there as well. Unfortunately, there are some apparent homeless individuals that hang are the Mexican restaurant and gas station, but there were no issues.
The room was clean and it was quiet during the night. I did not see any breakfast offers. There was a Mexican restaurant next door but I wasn't in the mood.

Jacuzzi tub was extra for the room and I understand but unfortunately I had to clean and run the jets to the tub at least 3 times and drain until no more nasty stuff came out of the jets into the tub. Should really be requesting a refund truth

United StatesThe Mexican restaurant next-door, La Baja Gourmet is blasting their music so it is difficult to sleep in the day. You can hear the music in all the rooms. There is no reason to play the music so loud outside of the restaurant. It is very inconsiderate. It is not Studio 6’s fault, but hopefully they can fix the problem.
