Pretty much everything else. The location was horrible & the rooms were absolutely disgusting. It was as if after the guest leaves, someone just comes in & re makes the bed with the same, unwashed sheets. The room was tiny, the furniture was falling apart, no TV, the only window was also very small & it looked out into this weird little square that was boxed in by the other sides of the building I guess and right outside of the window on the ground you could see a bunch of trash people must of thrown out the window, condom wrappers, crack pipes, other drug paraphernalia. The other people staying there were extremely loud & inconsiderate. I didn't sleep at all, I didn't even really want to lay on the bed. Underneath the bed looked like it hadn't been swept ever. There were a couple pieces of someones braids in the drawer, along with visible dirt. It was just all around anal disgusting.

The other guests were nice. The owner was pretty ok, but I barely got to stay in the place because there was a fire 🔥 the towel was dirty. There was no soap in the bathroom, which was dirty 🤔 anyways it was a disaster. I would not book again

I couldn’t stay at that location because they gave me the wrong pin code for the door and weren’t answering the phone. They contacted me after 4 hours, but I had already found another place.

The only thing I didn’t like was sharing the bathroom next time I will try and rent the room with a bathroom if it’s available.

This property was very clean renovated and the had a maintenance man there he was helpful and knowledgeable about the area Mr Jahmal. I felt safe at this location and had no problems parking. It is exactly as described in advertisement. The owner has very good communication.

Need to do cleanup!! No facilities. No soap, body wash! One towel for two people. Towel colour is faded and some dark stain. Very tiny room. Ac/ heating we can’t control. No space between bed and wall. Floor did not sweep. Nasty smell!

I had made reservations for a room , when got there the person had not checked out yet ( which we got there very close to check in time) so gave me the king room BUT for $ 10 instead of the $15 difference. I texted and said so you are making me pay more because that person didn’t check out in time. Didn’t really seem right. Bathtub wasn’t clean sand in it and a used washcloth

The bathroom had problems. The bathtub got flooded for some reason and the staff was barely responsive. I had to go for 2 days without a shower. The kitchen had nothing in the cabinets: no bowls, glasses, of cups. I had to ask for everything. I could not move the living room furniture to work. House is next to abandoned property, so unpleasant environment
