The couch was horrendous we had to buy air mattresses to sleep every cushion was ripped. Needs replaced immediately.

Unfortunately, for the last 2-1/2 days of our 6 day stay, we were unable to use the lanai due to workers repairing spalled concrete and painting, and creating dust and concrete chips. Big disappointment as we really enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner outside for the first few nights.

Loved the spacious condo, being able to cook quality food in well equipped kitchen, the view of the sea, and the location in Kihei.

The building is very worn looking. There was zero room in the shower of the very small bathroom to put anything other than a bar of soap. The small bottles of shampoo etc provided kept falling on the shower floor. Easy enough to put a rack in to hold extras.

Great view and easy access to beach. Enjoyed the balcony and good-size balcony dining table and appreciated dishwasher and washing machine.

The apartment is let by an off site agency which made getting access a bit clunky. I could not get access to our apartment through the onsite manager's office, who seemed a bit offhand but who finally proffered me a number to call the off site agency.

Being right on the beach, the hotel was well located and sea views from the apartment were great. The room was really spacious as well. The access to the pool and BBQ facilities also added a lot of fun to our stay. Parking was free and spacious.

AC in this unit is old and not performing well. When we got to the unit the temp in the room was around 80 with the AC on. Called the help line, and they had someone out early the next morning (which was a Sunday) to fix the chiller. After the chiller was fixed the room would drop down to what I liked in the evening (69-70), but during the day with the sun out, had a hard time staying below 75. I like ice cold AC so your mileage might vary if you like a warmer room. I appreciated the quick fix on a weekend but the AC in this unit could defiantly be upgraded. The refrigerator died about 4 days before we left. I called the help line and they dropped off a smaller plug in fridge to keep our essentials cool for the remaining time we stayed in the condo. Luckily we didn't have much food left at that point so it wasn't a big deal an I appreciated the quick fix to get us something to work with. These are minor issues overall and the service I got with a solution was outstanding.

Great location right on Sugar Beach with easy access to the rest of the island (I love Kihei!) Clean condo Loved the facilities with the big grill area right next to the beach and the large pool area that my son loved. Very nicely maintained property with beautiful garden and koi pond. Condo had a great view of the ocean and there was plenty of parking close to the resort and condos, never had to fight for a parking spot. The staff provided excellent service for the few issuess I had and was quick to come up with solutions.

Cleanliness could have been a bit better. Property and room was a bit dated. The hot tub was not working during our stay.

Understanding the A/C took a little bit of patience until we determined that the "main" sensor for the A/C was located in the sliding glass door adjacent to the dining room table. Once this sliding door was "firmly" closed the A/C worked with no problems.

The beachfront view from unit 514 was fabulous !!! Large balconies. Spacious unit with everything that you need for a stay in a condo on the beach. The "welcome package" was very thoughtful and useful --- it was very much appreciated. Very comfortable unit....

One of the fans in the room needed to be fixed and the shower needed to be wiped down after every shower but the squeegee provided was broken.

Beach location, views from the room, automatic shut off for the air conditioner when patio doors were open, the treats provided, the availability of pool/spa/beach access, and the close proximity to the airport.

The couch and chair in the living room were old and uncomfortable. The kitchen was old and outdated, so that was disappointing, especially when we could see into other condo's on the same property and see that they were much nicer.

I wish the pricing had been more transparent - good nightly rate, but then hefty cleaning and other fees only after you start the booking. I wish the total price had been clear up front. Or maybe that's the way things are on booking.com now?

Great location, close enough to the airport, very close to Maalaea Harbor (I had pre-booked a snorkel/whale watch), not too far a drive to Haleakala (note, I did not do sunrise...), close to Kihei/Wailea. Great sunset location. I ended up not using the beach or pool, but they looked nice. This is the kind of place that would be good for longer stays - the condo has everything you need.
