Negatives: Our room was ok, dated and I was little disappointed at appearance - drawers were all fully open didn’t and wouldn’t stay closed all the way and would roll open on both dresser and fridge cabinets - which was a pain to walk by. Door lock would stick and was hard to get to shut when leaving for the day. Neighbors on both sides had same door lock issues - we were on 3rd floor. Shower not fully cleaned, had visible dirty walls. Pros: Beds were comfy, and room was nice and cold and seemed clean. Liked the coffee and tea available in Lobby at all times. Didn’t make breakfast in time either day so not sure how that was, but saw had nice ample kitchen area with lots of seating available. Staff was great, very friendly. Located in nice area with very good restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend El Patron Mexican and a New Sonny’s Bbq opening soon. Overall would stay again but would ask for a newer updated room on 1st floor.

The curtains don’t close all the way and my room was right over parking lot lights, shined in room all nite. It was slightly outdated, definitely did not meet my expectation of a Marriott ran property

The shuttle bus hours for the parks was not convenient, the departures where too late . I ended up taking uber every morning because I didn't want to arrive at the park at 10h30. But I told them and they changed the company , with a different schedule , so now it's much better :)

I liked that everything in this hotel was to make your stay confortable . Good breakfast ( included )with a lot of choices good coffee , tea ..( free ) available 24h for the guests towels at the pool room with VERY confortable beds , microwaves and fridge where very useful when we would come back late from the Disney parks many stores and restaurants around so it was easy with no car Excellent customer service , front desk agents were very helpful for exemple our microwaves broke and they replaced it with a new one right away Shanna help me with the SIM card I bought for my cell. it was so nice of her :)

The downside of this property was finding parking close to the main entrance or the pool area entrance to enter but it isn’t too bad because there’s no fee or parking permit needed.

Location, price and breakfast included was an added touch. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Having a great friendly staff makes a difference.

Breakfast was great & people working in there were very nice. The park shuttles were not very user friendly. We had to use Ubers to get to the parks at the times we wanted to.

Views from room was not good, however we didn't spend much time at room other than sleeping at night. Also shuttle service was unavailable.

Amazing hotel at great location. Everything from restaurants to gas stations even a grocery shop is at walkable distance. And all the Orlando theme parks are less than 15min away. This is a good clean hotel with comfortable beds. Breakfast is good, all staffs are very nice and courteous.

Second stay in 2 weeks. Everything was perfect first time. This time our room was not fully updated, sound transferred from neighboring bathroom, shower didn’t drain and beds were mounted on metal bases that flexed and banged. A/C was either freezing cold or off - no in between.

Location was far away from the congested airport area but convenient enough to get to for fly. Breakfast was nice. All staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Fridge is very small, old, and noisy. Breakfast is standard, has no variety of hot items, it’s the same thing day after day, cheese omelet, scrambled eggs, Turkey sausage, pork sausage patties (don’t looked cooked, very pale), but taste okay. Fruit is bananas, plenty of goodies for Oatmeal, but it’s pretty runny. Would be nice to have some potatoes or grits thrown in, try bacon for a change. Could make breakfast hours the same as weekends. When they clean the adjacent room, too heavy on the bleach. There was a roach on our last day, so make sure you check your luggage. Would be nice to have a luggage rack.

Breakfast was typical, we stay here to be close to the Theme Parks and there are eating establishments within walking distance, less than 2-3 minutes. Plenty of towels, very cute swan towel to greet you, bed comfortable, great heat. Staff is courteous and polite. They are always helpful to provide a first floor accommodation due to our mobility issues, but there is a trade off, very noisy. This is still our go to hotel.

The shuttle service only offered 3 or 4 options to surrounding Orlando parks. If you we were planning on going to Epcot then we would have to take there magic kingdom shuttle and then get on there Epcot shuttle service. It seemed like a hustle so we ended up taking a Uber. Way more cost effective then getting parking.
