Linens not so clean. Starting to get mold spots on bottom of bed box spring.

Location to boardwalk was great. Would be able to see ocean if neighboring trees would be trimmed. Off season place was quiet.

The tv didn’t work no matter how many times we attempted to connect it to the internet. It was barely cleaned, we found things from previous guests in the refrigerator and under the futon. Sheets were thrown on the bed in disarray like someone had recently slept in it when we arrived. Plugs were burnt up and things were falling apart or poorly constructed.

It was close to the beach.

Even though they say they clean, the bed did NOT look cleaned. We asked for new sheets and when we took the ones on the beds off, we found a SOCK underneath. Either way, other reviews on different sites mentioned bed bugs (luckily we didn't experience any but I wouldn't be surprised if we did).

Really close to the beach and convenient for parking ($25 for the day), BUT it was crammed underneath a balcony and you have to leave your phone number and room number in case somebody is blocked in. Bathrooms did look renovated. Good for someone on a budget, but if I could do it again I'd just a room at the hotel on the same street.

The host was very mean upon my entrance was very clear that I don't need to let them know when I leave I can just leave my keys right here as he tapped on the desk and said that's your room upstairs just go up the steps that's how it started it didn't get much better it was clean but it was scary apparently I live in facility for drug addicts and transients

We rented a small apartment. It was in bad shape and not clean enough. The stairs were rotten and the staff a bit rude.

I payed 472.00 for two nights three days plus I had to pay 25.00 dollars a day to park here and I was blocked the whole time I was there until I checked out so we had to walk every where which wasn't bad but still. the room was small, dingy bed was hard and noisy the small refrigerator was on the floor with a small microwave on top

Room is kind of dirty the bed cover is not upside down. Not enough towels. Parking you need to be ready to look for a parking spot. I got lucky to get one because it's on the weekday stay.

the owner wasn’t the friendliest just seemed not happy, the parking sucks and you have to pay to park in his spots but he did allow us to stay parked in the spot after checking out so that was a plus and very nice of him.

Parking. Screens all torn so couldn’t open windows. Was afraid of the shower. Bedroom ac wouldn’t turn off. Was clean but could tell older…musty, ancient cigarette smell. The steps. More me than the place. I have step issues and it was difficult getting up and down. Some noise from outside . Most windows and the door had gaps so no way ac would keep it cool in hot weather. This let in more noise too.

Location. Right near the beach and the main strip in Rehoboth. This just wasn’t me place for us. It was an emergency to get a room and it suited the need, but it was in fair condition. Clean, nice people. Just set up for more of a 20-30 y/o comfort zone, not our 45-50 one! Parking is a pain. If you aren’t planning on going anywhere the parking pass is good. AC kind of worked. Didn’t use kitchen except for fridge. Futon for bed #2 and the place to sit. Nice tv, fully equipped kitchen but all old stuff. Worked in a pinch, but beware. You’re getting what you pay for.

If people pay to stay then there should be a parking pass! It’s ridicules that on top of hotel fees you have to pay parking! Furthermore, there was no heat in the room air conditioners, so it was kind of cold in the water temperature for the shower sucked it was COLD!! I think there should be a sign explaining parking so that people don’t get tickets especially those were visiting from out of state. How are they supposed to know that there’s an off-season and a season that makes should be from work but if you stayed sleep somewhere, like other hotels, you shouldn’t have to pay to park!! Lastly, a person should not have to call the receptionist to get service no matter what time of day it is!

I was woken up by someone trying to get into my room door with keys, jingled it and then would slam body against the door. I sat up and said out loud “Excuse Me “ and then the voice of a woman said I’m sorry!

It could’ve been cleaner in the rooms. The mini fridge needed some TLC, cleaning supplies was left out, sand was in the room that wasn’t ours, it was there when we arrived, and there was some minor details like that, that were just missed, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. there were no bugs, nor bedbugs, so I was satisfied.

My spouse and I loved how close it was to the beach and we were able to explore on foot comfortably in the downtown area. The location was probably the best part of the hotel, along with the rate.

Tv positioning and size could have been better. Otherwise no issues

The property was good for just the lady and I. Glad we didn’t have the kids on this trip. The room was small but it had everything that was needed. Bed shower fridge and microwave. It was a block away from the beach. So you get to be within a fair walking distance at a fraction of the price for being on the beach. Shower had amazing pressure and room had air conditioning. Smoking areas were provided and the ashtrays were always cleaned out. Also offered an ice machine down stairs. It was well within walking distance of all the awesome shops the area had to offer. We would stay here again for just an adult get away.

person at front was not helpful.He didn't make me fell welcome at all. I had ask for a room in the ground floor as I have a problem walking up stairs and he gave me one but it seemed like it was a bother for him. It seems as if the place is more suited to college students as it is very basic. I would never come back here again.

There was no breakfast or coffee available. No one at the front desk I was told to just leave the key on the desk when I left.
