Breakfast was good but the restaurant wasn’t open for any of our nights

We liked this place alot , there is not much to dislike. It was a little closer to the highway then we anticipated but the woods between the cabins and highway block noise and you can't see it. It has a wilderness feel but with a restaurant and great amenities.

Nice location with a nice lakeside view. Staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great, cooked to order not like most. The restaurant was very good also.. we would definitely recommend to anyone going to that area.

No WIFI in the room, which is very inconvenient. There are also many mosquitoes. Every room should have mosquito propeller.

The location is fantastic. It is close to a nice lake and mountains.

Only wish there was Wi-Fi in the room

Room was amazing and very comfortable. Loved the bed and the heated floors and hubby liked the satellite tv. Very well kept and has a bar and restaurant

This is a family run cabin on the banks of Summit Lake. The lake view cabin is definitely worth it! The cabin is tastefully update that feels modern yet still feels like a cozy cabin. The cabin has all the amenities such as Keurig coffee machine, fridge and microwave. The views are breathtaking and serene as you would expect in Alaska. Breakfast is made to order and excellent. You get descent ATT cell service so lack of Wi-Fi was not an issue. They offer complementary kayaks and canoes with life vests. I definitely recommend going on the lake.

Internet was only available inside the lodge

This was a favorite for my whole family. I feel like it gave us the true experience of Alaska. We loved that they offered free kayaks and canoes with our stay and we enjoyed fishing in the lake. We would definitely stay there again.

due to the remote location, the internet service was not that great and there was no cell service

the location is central to many activities and sites of interest. the owners and staff are very helpful and so friendly and genuine. the accommodations are very comfortable and luxurious.

First time to AK and couldn’t have asked for better place to stay. Wonderful , comfortable room with stunning lake views! Food was exceptional , though a bit pricey in restaurant proper… but the made to order breakfast each morning was included in room price and was always delicious . look forward to staying again on our next trip to AK. Don’t hesitate to book if you have any plans on Kenai river or Seward. Really this worked out great for home base to all our adventures and they have a wealth of information about activities and will help you book ! Really was an awesome stay!

One of the cabins we rented had a strange smell so we reported it and they were looking into it when we left.

The cabins were small but well-appointed, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was fantastic and the restaurant service was exceptional.

Lodge was on a beautiful lake. Free kayak, paddle boat or canoe. Best breakfast ever. Have reindeer sausage. Took us back to Seward to save on taxi fee.

The staff was friendly. The room we chose was small but perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and very comfortable with a view of the mountains. The breakfast was included and was delicious. The location right next to a lake was amazing. There are kayaks and canoes for guests to use on the lake. There is a nice walk around the lake to the campground. We really enjoyed our stay.
