Some items were broken ( chair), and the carpet was ripped in desperate need of painting and carpet removal. Blanket was and very thinned we had to purchase some for our convenience.

The appliance was perfect, I honestly felt a ladies touch. The view from the master bedroom was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom in good condition and size.

I thought the condo was a bit small and the room was pricey. I didn't like there were no pool towels because it was a privately owned condo, the hotel wouldn't give us towels. Parking garage was small and cluttered.

I honestly have no complaints

Location was amazing! The condo was clean, comfortable, and all of the amenities were available for our stay. The main entryway and elevators were ALWAYS being swept or mopped and the ladies were so friendly every time that I passed them. Working with Rick was super easy. I received all of the necessary information in a timely manner and he would always respond via text if I had any questions or concerns. The whole process could not have gone more smoothly. We will definitely be returning!!

We are about 25 to 30 minutes from the pavilion area but on a positive note, most of us thought that the lodging density of this area was a plus when it came to the number of people on the beach. The streaming platform on the television’s was difficult to navigate for some, and it would’ve been nice to had real live programming.  having a storage area for our beach gear would’ve been nice also.

For a group of six adults and four children, the unit met our needs very well. It was clean and well appointed.  The ocean front balcony was very nice.  The kitchen was modern and well equipped. All in all, I think the representation in the ads for this property were accurate.  Lots of on-site amenities, pools, easy access to the beach and three elevators in our tower which made access to our unit relatively easy.

The property wasn’t clean! There was hair all over the bed, we went out and bought our own bedding and put on, and the kitchen and bathroom was not clean either, we had to clean toilets, shower and kitchen before we could use any of it.

The location was great, oceanfront and close to everything we needed and wanted to explore.
