Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The Staff Should Keep Their Word. If An Arangement Is Made With A Guest It Should Be Upheld. It's Unprofessional To Give Your Word & Then Without Just Cause Back Track On It. To Cancel My Reservation For Someone Who Booked Online When Originally I Only Booked Online & Only Went Direct BC Of Being Requested To Do So, Is Manipulative & Deceptive; I'm A Single Mother & My Family's Well Being Is Of Upmost Importance. To Have Me Going Crazy BC I'm Being Misled Is Ridiculous As Well Unacceptable.
At First Everything Was Nice. I Explained My Family's Situation & The Staff Assured My Accommodations. I Was Told To Stop Using Booking For Accommodations & To Go Directly To Front Desk. I Use Booking BC Rates Are Cheaper & Rooms Are Guaeanteed. The Messed Up Part Is When I Did What Was Requested My Room Was Moved & Downgrades To 1 Of The Unrennovated Rooms & My Reservation Was Interrupted. I Was Suppose To Be Given Some 'Special Rate' For The Week If I Book Directly. When I Went To Book Al Of A Sudden There Are No Rooms I Have To Switch Rooms I Have To Downgrade, For More Money At That. My Family Was Displaced Due To The Hurricane & So As Finances Are Maneuvered The Best Way Possible I Search For Good Deals. Booking Gives Me Cash Back On Trips As Well Low Rates. I Only Adhered To Request To Book Directly To Be Nice To Facility I Much Rather Booking. Then When I Show Respect & Do Whats Requested I Get The Short End Of The Stick. Now I Have No Where To Stay With My Children BC I Was Manipulated Into Believing I Was Being Accommodated

When you get there in the night it says on the door to call a # & they'll come for your check in, called 3 times never answered. rented a room next door till the next day. Hard to get towels

The management was a bit rude. I got there early but decided to call me when I left the property to say my room was clean after thirty minutes when I checked in. I tried calling back never answered. Pool hours are fake!! It’s from 10:30-? The sign says 9am-6pm clearly a lie my husband had to go ask for the pool to be opened since it was already 10:30. House cleaning goes into your room randomly when you’re not there. I like my privacy first off and some places have a pamphlet to put on your door if you don’t want room service during your stay ,Not here though. Watch out for bed bugs my siblings got two bites during the stay.

The housekeeper came once in 2 weeks, we had to go to the front desk to get towels, she made the bed once in 2 weeks, and when i checked out they charged me 80$ out of nowhere, never going back again, before that we went 2 times for summer vacation, it was okay but now we are never going back.

When we arrived cops were called on a women that never left and continued to bother guest. Was given a key that didn't work so they gave me another room and when we got to new room someone tried to get into our room since front desk gave them the same room number and key they fixed it . Room had bugs and tub was painted over and was not what the pictures showed online.
Staff was friendly this was our 1st stay at hotel

The shady characters, guy kept messing with his car, staring at us, other guys waling around our vehicle at 2am Also, noticed a cockroach OUTSIDE the front door, but NOT INSIDE.
Customer service was excellent. Came in late at night was very well taken care of, stayed in Room# 111. Shady characters at night beware.

Didn't speak very good English. Not alot of storage space for family of 3. No cups only plastic one so had to buy some so we could have a hot drink

there were some nights where cops were called, no idea why, but they were searching some rooms. probably typical things you find at lower priced motels/hotels. If you are looking for trouble, im sure you could find it but if you keep to yourself, you'll be just fine!
Got exactly what I needed, a motel that was centrally located and cheap. Its the standard motel 6 type of motel. if you are traveling alone and need a spot, this may work for you. If traveling with family or your gf, you'll probably want to stay somewhere nicer but for a single male, researching the area for houses, this was a good central location to surrounding towns/areas of Orlando
