Unfriendly staff, both at check-in in the evening and in the morning at check-out. Thin walls, noisy.

When I showed up to the hotel to check in I asked about the pool if it was open and they said no. So I asked will it be ready for Saturday they said yes but when I went to check it out the pool was dirty. And today we were checking out and no one was at the desk. I always wait to give them the key card just in case. But we were waiting there for a bit along other guests.

The price was ok. There was breakfast. And the room was clean and rr was stocked.

Place is filthy. There’s a bag of trash in the lobby when we checked in. Trash also in the elevator. We waited for about 20 minutes to check in because there’s nobody in the front desk. I rang the staff twice but no answer. The linens doesn’t smell fresh and seems used. Pillows are very old and disintegrated. No available syrup for the pancakes on our breakfast. Coffee thermos was empty and had to wait for a long time for the refill. I’m will not try any Wyndham managed hotel again.

I don't have any complaints. Just that the police stayed outside alot the last few nights.

Broken bedside light. Light in bathroom flickered, didn’t stay on. Outward bedware was ripped and seemed to have been around awhile. Carpet was worn and had no padding. Outdated furniture. We had our pet, so we searched PET FRIENDLY hotels. When we arrived, they charged an additional $20. No ice machine on our floor

Location was great for us. Staff was helpful as we had a late arrival. We were there for less than 12 hours so we got what we paid for. They offered continental breakfast however we did not partake as we left very early the next morning.

Customer service was rude, lazy and was very obvious that Patsy did not enjoy her front desk job. She pointed out clearly that room service items, ie , towel retrieval/delivery was NOT on her job checklist.

Pet friendly; however friendly the business is Patsy was not trying to honor the ESA papers to get Odin a nice relaxed two night stay. Instead was hounding the guest for a pet rent deposit and fee. Which is strange because the man who checked the two guests, Odin and Mr Denbow did not hesitate to accept them so y was our ESA dog a problem? He’s well mannered , bathed and lives sleep and people!!!-oh and very housebroken!

Carpet and decor are very dated. First thing you notice upon entering is the smell. Not necessarily a bad smell but like a strong smell of cleaning products trying to mask a bad smell. Room also did not smell fresh. We needed to open a window. Room overall was clean. In the bathroom the paint is peeling.

Location was good and staff were friendly/helpful.

The volume on the remote didn't work and there was a little trash behind the bathroom door. The bathroom know was also broken.

The carpet in the room is stained up. Coffee pot but no coffee in room. I had to ask for coffee and cups, but wished I had not. The coffee was terrible. No wash cloths in room. Had to use large hand towel to bathe with.

Customer service. Front desk was sarcastic. Had a bad attitude. Did not give clear instructions. Wanted to argue. Be professional and give clear instructions. The customer should not have to use deescalation techniques with the face of the business.

Bathtub was nasty wouldn't eve. Take a shower. Bathroom door didn't shut and was rotted the wall under the sink ws broken and plumbing was exposed Had I known this, I would have booked elsewhere

There was no breakfast, like promised and it was dirty. There were bugs in our room and a nasty couch.

The towels and sheets had stains. The bed skirt of the beds had hair and lent on them. The pool had foggy water and a condom wrapper in it. The complimentary breakfast only consisted of cereal, waffles and oatmeal.
