I asked for a queen bed. I got a full size bed. Breakfast was only a loaf of bread and a toaster, a gallon of milk and a box of cereal. There was trash around the Breakfast counter and under the stairs. The door that leads to parking was not locked. Didn't need security key to get in. The laundry room window was broken. The walls are thin enough to hear the people next door fighting. I was scared to leave my belongings there BECAUSE we booked 2 nights. Almost didn't come back.....but this was an emergency visit and we were low on cash to get another place. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

The price is all i liked about it. And there was a Dennys next door.

The bathroom shower head was full of rust and calcium. The exterior doors are not secure and the locks are broken/removed. The pillowcase had stains on it. The fridge had an odor.

The facility did not look like it did in the ads. This place was filled with weed smoke, prostitutes, and drug addicts. I refused to eat breakfast at this place.

The rate 115 no pet just one single adult and the office manager takes advantage of single women it's drugs user only check in and out mostly drugs selling and user's be at super 8 Wyndham Brooklyn center Minneapolis MN no I don't have photos of disrespectful customers service or no photos of the AC not working TV mote control didn't work noisy hallways Arguing hollering just ghetto fabulous hate it can I get a refund

The customer service was Rude and charged extra money for my first night stay charged me a 115.00 and no AC loud people in the hallway Area by the back door entrance, drug users is mostly all the customer service they have and if you new to the area or motel location the customer service is offer how people sit around stand around all day and night the staff locked me out my room deativate my key on purpose, and then when I left my room for breakfast he was watching the camera creepy and the man in the hotel office lock me out my room and left the office desk nobody was there to activate my room key this place is the devil 👿 playground I need a refund to

As soon as I arrived so did several police dealing with a situation that caused the front desk clerk to be short in telling me to take a seat he'll be with me. The extra door from outside didn't take my key, the room was small and out dated the bed was little the 1 chair was small lights didn't work

They have a lot of idle people outside, people with bad appearance and bad smells. The room was clean but in very bad condition. The shower was terrible, old and worn out. The tub looked very bad. I would never stay in a hotel like that again. I changed rooms 3 times and it cost the same as another hotel, much better.

This property is not family oriented. There were more crimes in the weekend I was there than I had seen in a long time. When I got there they had a cigarette shoved in the fire sprinkler system in the bathroom. There was constant police presence at the hotel property. I did not feel safe having my daughter there due to all of the crimes that were going on. Saturday night there was a fire truck and ambulance there. My truck broke down while I was there and the tow operator warned me about how bad the property was. This is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I will make sure no one I know goes to this hotel in the future. The breakfast was a joke my daughter didn't even want to eat it. There is no coffee even at breakfast they have microwave or coffee pot in the room.
