Room smelled like cigarettes and there wasn't a bed bug cover waterproof encasement mattress protector, which is crucial. Need to invest in those for all your mattresses.

Looks like there is a lot of people living there weekly. So there was a lot of people standing around outside their doors on the balcony which caused for a little anxiety amongst the group. Lack of parking due to the van rentals once the evening settled in.

Door was not sealed properly, and a lot of dust was blown in from under the door while it was closed. They also didn’t offer enough towels or any wash cloths.

Location was great, and extremely close to Knott’s Berry Farm.

There is no ice machine but they have fridges. The WiFi in the end is pretty bad.

No wash clothes, water pressure stuck no hot water, water made a loud noise while using it. When hot tub drains it went to the bath tub making a loud noise

The room was run down and there was not enough parking for the amount of cars staying there. When we arrived we had no towels so we had to go back to the office and request some be brought to the room.

We liked the price we received for the rooms.

The only thing i dont like is the housekeeping service. The chemical cleaning smell was so strong inside, so I had to open the door for a long time. However, the floor was not cleaned at all. There were so many dusts and hairs. Probably they fogot to clean the floor. Also, the towels I got provided had a lot of clothes debris. You got all white small things on your face and body after using it. On my last day, the housekeeper came inside my unit and left the door open when she left. I was outside but didn't check out yet. All my belongings were almost stolen because of that.

Pool looked dirty, no parking, no security/does not feel very safe at night. Roaches. Homeless people used the laundry machines and someone peed on the trashcan by the vending machines.

Sticky floor, trash and dust over the floor, toothpaste in the sink, destroyed furniture thin walls that you can hear the other room conversations

I dont know if its pricelines fault or the motel itself but wouldve been useful to know they only accept cash for the deposit. So please post that somewhere so people know ahead of time. Even though its only $3.50 i hate paying atm fees if i can easily avoid it.

Small towels. Bad smell in room. Parking minimal. Eccentric furniture. No iron but had an ironing board. Shower curtain had big hole in it.

the dead bolt was broken off on the first room, There was no phone, the carpet smelled like piss, mystery stains on the carpet. The second room was much cleaner.

They gave us a new room when we asked for a new one
