When I booked, in all information and my confirmation it stated breakfast was included. After charging my credit card I was told there was no breakfast. I was not offered free cancellation or a discounted price. The space arrangement in the room makes using the desk and chair difficult. There were holes in the bedspread. The lamp on the window side of the bed did not work even after replacing the light bulb. It did seem to be plugged into the wall.

The curtains in the room were broken so they couldn't be shut. The staff was nice to give us an extra bedspread to hang over the window., but we had to get up on a chair to do that. Also, they advertised breakfast but when we go there, they said there was no breakfast.

The desk clerk at check in was brusque to the point of rudeness. Our room was on the third floor with no elevator. No breakfast was offered. No staff were evident on property to answer questions or provide assistance.

The bed was super hard and uncomfortable, Saud breakfast included but there was no breakfast. Also, the only coffee was those cheap packets in the room which usually taste bad. The shower head didn't spray very well and the shower looked unfinished. There was a piece of tile sticking out and water could get behind there. The soda machine didn't work and there were full trash bags left in the stairwell.

It was close to Calrlsbad Caverns.

The booking was misleading, it said hot breakfast and swimming pool. only after checking in and asking about the breakfast and pool, I was then informed that both of these were non-existent and waiting on permits. We should have received at least $30 to $40 dollars off the price. This place definitely needs a face lift for sure. For the price difference we could have booked at a newer facility across the street or down the street for $5 more and had a much better stay for the money.

Other then the property is a little dated our stay at the motel was uneventful they don't serve breakfast but not a big deal we found a great little breakfast place not far from motel called the blue house Cafe very good food

Everything was horrible, I understand it’s a motel but there was nothing clean about our room. And the tubs floor was peeling off, I almost slipped from one of there flaps of the pain that was peeling off. Everything was really dusty, the little coffee pot they have was dirty, the room smelled bad. The fridge and microwave were disgusting nothing about them was clean they couldn’t even properly clean whatever was spilled on them. The pillow cases all had stains on them. I had already told the cleaning lady we didn’t want any room service the morning of our last day she knocked and even opened the door to ask if we wanted room service when we were going to be out before 11 am.

It was horrible, as soon as we walked into the room it smelled bad. Th fridge and microwave were disgusting! As if someone threw up on it and they just wiped the throw up.
