There was no breakfast like offered , bathroom shower too hard , rooms not clean at all , mattress dirty , fridge didn’t work , have the lamps in room didn’t work, overall dirty. My room was 316 and I was very disappointed I spent my money.

Have breakfast because it's listed on the website. Clean the rooms and make sure there's no roaches crawl out of the night stands. Fix the curtains in the room so people can have the privacy they expected.

The staff was rude and over charges us, seemed like he was trying to.pocket so extra $$$. Room had no fridge and I needed one. The room had an odor. The carpet was filthy. I had had a rough day traveling and it was very noisy in the wee hours of the am.if I knew y'all wanted pics I would have take complete truth that people should only stay here if they liien some Bc it is hard to believe. That's about it I think, TGracie Tanner Noah Kiser Have no idea why they got a 3.0 with that review.

The toilet seat was broke as was the dresser drawers, the faucet at the sink had no regulated pressure was wide open or nothing, the shower drain did not do it’s job so the tub is was all but over flowing after a couple showers. The linen was a little better than news papers, the grounds littered with trash and broken bottles.

It could be so much better. There's nothing worse than people who run motels that don't seem too know what appealing means

There was a Waffle House next door to make up for the breakfast did not exist at the motel.

We got a non-smoking room as soon as we walked in it smelled like smoke. The smoke detector was pulled out on the ceiling. The shower was extremely dirty. We asked staff for another room and they gave us a way better room. No complaints on the second room.

Our room was extremely dirty. There was food still on the table. The linens had not been changed. The floors had not been swept. The hotel gave away our room though we checked in at 5:00 pm. They did honor the price quoted on the reservation.

The location was convenient. Gina, working at the front desk, went above and beyond. She came to our room to clean it and provide us with clean linens.

My non smoking room was reeking of cigarette smell Bedding was dirty stained and tattered The old fridge ran loudly all night and there were kids running up and down the halls screaming apparently with no supervision

The covers were dirty and no towels were available at the time i needed them

Our towels were taken and no replacements given the first day. Front desk gave those and replacement coffee. We used the same towel for the remaining 3 nights. The coffee wasn't replaced in the room and the coffee station at front desk was empty by 8 am.

Housekeeping kept the room clean. The beds were comfortable. Air-conditioning worked wonderfully.
