That the room was half underground… I didn’t feel totally safe at how much people can see in to our room if we had our window open. The ceiling lights were like 5000 kelvin so they were awful to use but it was either that or having the window open during the day. The task lighting was good though - 3000 kelvin.

Hot tub was great. Pool was a bit cold but nice to alternate between. Guest service was wonderful.

The hot tub wasn't working, and the people in the room next to us were smoking cigarettes(non-smoking establishment) in their room, (I saw them from outside,) and causing the whole hallway to smell. I reported it to the staff, and the 2nd night there was much better.

We have stayed here several times and love the location and the breakfast is always good. The pool and hot tub are also a favorite.

Somewhat older building starting to show its wear. Carpets need to be cleaned more regularly due to constant use.

Close to all amenities and a short distance to the University. Front office staff was helpful and indicated a safety patrol is conducted in the parking lot at night.

As mentioned above, for a hotel of this quality was great. I really have nothing to complain about.

For this type of hotel, it was excellent. The bathroom is a big thing for me, and this hotel 's bathroom was excellent. The room was very clean.

The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. We left early a night early because we just wanted to get home. It was like sleeping on rocks.

The location was great. If you are needing to stay one night in town for a place to lay your head, a shower and electricity. This is the hotel for you.

Stairs to haul stuff up. No Dolley carts. Tub drained really slowly. Peep hole visible both ways.

The continental breakfast was small and did not offer some standard fare items life eggs and sausage.

The room was nice and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and was hot!

The hot tub was broken, not a big breakfast option. The staff for checkout made me wait at least 20 minutes as they were outside bs-ing about God knows what.

The location is close to the highway but far enough to be quiet at night. The bed and pillows were comfortable. we enjoyed the hot tub.

The room keys had to be reset several times during our stay, not only for my room, but others as well. The staff said the keys sometimes have to be reset, but after going down to the front desk four times in one day to have the keys reset, it did become an inconvenience.

The shower faucet in our room was broken and leaking the temperature was hard to adjust to find the right amount of warmth. The hotel booked us again after already paying through booking, then held our money and had to refund us back in 2 payments after the trip so it took some if our spending money while we were on our trip due to the confusion on payment.

The pool and hot tub were awesome.

The pillows on the beds (4 each) were square, large, and impossible to make comfortable. They were on the hard side and there was little difference in them, like 2 soft, 2 hard. The bed was decent.

The staff were wonderful, very welcoming and cheerful. They gave us a very quiet room as requested. The room was large and very clean. We did not have the breakfast so don't know what it was like.
