Mattresses low to ground and very hard. Parking was cramped and difficult to navigate in a midsize SUV. I asked for a quiet room and was placed directly on top of the weird, green door pop up night club so that was great. Not. When I expressed frustration, I was told that they wouldn’t offer any compensation because they don’t know when the night club is open so it isn’t their fault that it interrupted our sleep. The coffee pot was filthy and full of a questionable flaky substance.

There is a night club connected to the hotel blaring music till 2am! It was really run down. The people were nice but I was scared to take the elevator. Even the stairs made loud squeaks when using them. Everything was extremely outdated

The parking lot is horrendous!!! There is street parking that is a small upgrade from the parking lot if it's available. All the rooms also smell of smoke!! They want you to get parking pass that isn't enforced and there is a nightclub next door that guest also take parking spots. So you will have drunk people operating a vehicle in a lot that the vehicles barely fit in.

The price was adequate, you get what you came for. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. Beds were comfortable and the AC heater was in good working order

They say breakfast is included, you basically get, coffee, Apple juice, orange juice and toast!!! The receptionist is rude, sarcastic and ignores people in front of him because he's too busy looking at his laptop/ phone.

Breakfast was just a basic danish, coffee or juice. Showers had mold on the walls. No microwave and some of lights did not work. The floor and tub are coming apart. The room doors need to be slammed shut for them to close.

Hotel is in a convenient location but a lot of homelessness on the outside. Rooms weren’t worth 255 a day. Very upset with how much I paid.

The location had a lot of homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks across the street. Location was dirty. They would improve merely by taking a shampooer Over the carpet if they aren’t willing to replace it.

Location was good proximity for catching an Uber to universal studios. It’s located in Hollywood so there are things in decent range.

Ice and water machine was broken. And vending machine was out of order. Have to bring your own water jug and ice to stay hydrated. Breakfast mostly consisted of toast and package pastries.

Room was comfortable, clean, and cozy. Custodian staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice location to good restaurants and things to do in Hollywood area.
