The buidling was odd. Not your usual design. It was a little creepy. The deadbolt to the room did not lock. I ended up putting an ironing board behind the door to make sure no one entered while I was asleep . The cable was off and the TV therefore did not work. The price for the area and condition was high but I was so tired i just had to stop and sleep. I will not return there. There was a water stain/mold in the bathroom ceiling.
The room seemed clean but there was hair in the bed sheets.

The bathroom was in bad shape…. Rust and growth in the bathtub the toilet water didn’t work had to pour water into it to flush, and the sink faucet wasn’t sealed properly

Having to pay over 20 dollars more for the extra night I requested at check in and didn't get and then having to pay that day for the night I had previously requested.
The location of the button to flush was very inconvenient. The bathtub faucet could fall off if not careful .

The staff blamed our dogs for messing outside when we cleaned up after ours n threatened to put us out of hotel if we took our dogs out the closest door to our room plus booked online n said Dogs were 15 a night but they were tryin to charge us 25 a night. Plus other guest was fighting and slamming doors all hours of the night

I didn’t Like that my toilet was broken that was my only concern.
It was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the Air conditioner kept the room perfectly cool.

No breakfast or coffee
The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. Was woke up at 2am to ppl yelling in the hall, but other than that, it was nice. I stayed there once in the past and it was horrible, big improvement this stay. One thing that is advertised that is no longer available is breakfast and a coffee maker in the room.

The cost for room way over price it had no amenities, room wall had holes in them, and bed covers had all kind of holes in them. It's ok for desperate stay but the value not worth the quality.

Second stay here and I was absolutely satisfied. Room was very clean bed was super comfortable and the hotel staff went above and beyond for anything I needed. I have stayed at some of the other hotels in the area and hands down this one has them beat for the value cleanliness and safe environment. Next trip I'm in town with my kids I will definitely book it here at the Red Roof. Just can't beat the price, cleanliness, and safe environment unlike the other hotels in the area. So take it from me book your room here at the Red Roof for your next trip to Huntsville.

The facility seems like it may have had some water damage, and the floors felt weak. There are a lot of disturbances during the night, including a cleaning service truck that came through and was very loud. Hard to rest.
The price was reasonable.

The hotel manager is VERY RUDE!!! The 2 that he has cleaning the rooms, besides the woman ( she barely speaks English ) are VERY RUDE!! & MUSTY MAY I ADD!!! which causes the rooms & hallways to have a nasty smell to them! The sheets and towels are stained, torn and full of hair when you get there but the hotel manager gets angry and threatens to constantly kick you out it the the towels get a little dirty or God forbid you have small kids that make any messes! If you stay here TAKE PICTURES of everything that is wrong with your room when you check in because THEY WILL BLAME YOU!!! You can constantly hear the doors opening and closing! 3 floors and guest are only subjected to the 2nd and 3rd floor with no elevators! I will NEVER stay there again unless they are under different management.
Location is cool. Close to my kids school.

Well the hall ways smelt heavily of pot!! The room was disgusting had a dirty towel on the sink and dirt and hair in bathtub. Room was dirty and woke up in the morning with bites all over my body from bed bugs!
I didn't like anything about this place!! Nastiest place I've ever stayed!!

Not professional no service animals in the disability rooms so I had to make another arrangement somewhere else Called before hand they said 50 deposit when I arrived it was 100 guest behind me got better service being they weren't disabled. I WAS DISCUSSING and discrimination

There was an awful smell in the room, no elevator, the hotel needs serious make over (paint job, flooring and new linen and towels, they were extremely dingy)
