The bedding didn't have a fitted bottom sheet. The ambient light surrounding the high headboard was attractive, but I was unable to turn it off at sleep time.Minor details.

Excellent location to visit Lee, Tanglewood, Lenox, Great Barrington, Stockbridge. Very clean. Wonderful prices for a Tuesday and Wednesday stay. Plenty of food options nearby. The included morning breakfast had ample hot and cold choices. Lori at check-in was extremely pleasant and offered much assistance with experiencing the localities, especially Tanglewood The Inn appeared to have recently been upgraded and remodeled!

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at the Quality Inn. The location was convenient for us. The hotel has been upgraded, was clean and fresh looking. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and coffee were good! I will definitely stay here again!

The bed was hard and not the most comfortable, the bathroom was small and my wife booked us A handicapped room but we where given A different room because the bed was bigger. she is handicapped and there where no grab bars or anything for her to hold on to.

There wasn’t full sheet that cover the blanket or pillow. The sheets slip off easily and I had full contact with the inside of the blanket which didn’t make it feel clean. Room service was per request yet I wasn’t informed of that at check in

Great location. We were going to a spa and this was right where we needed it to be. Nothing fancy. Nothing bad., Just a good budget friendly hotel. Would definitely use again. It was clean, smelled good, beds were comfy and everything worked. Check-in was super easy and the staff was wonderful.

Very clean and comfortable. Very quiet. The room was a good size and king bed was comfy. Nice touch was the reading chair with hassock and floor lamp. Breakfast was good but not diabetic friendly. Coffee was very good!

We were satisfied with our stay.

The location was perfect for us. We were 15 minutes from sight seeing and The Norman Rockwell Museum, which was the purpose of our visit. The town had good restaurants, was charming and walkable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Breakfast offered the usual options. Hard boiled eggs would have been a nice addition. The coffee was very good. There was a picnic table outside where I’d have my coffee in the morning enjoying the Fall field behind the property.
