Room smelled like mildew whenever we entered and the lighting in the shower could be better

Beautiful location and view from the cheerful room. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed access to the beach from the property. Waiter in the restaurant was very nice and the food was very good!

Room had blood on the wall from syringe use and several dead knats stuck to bathroom wall. Water pressure in shower was weak.

The breakfast in the restaurant was not good especially for the price. Also wish the pool was warmer.

Location was amazing. Fireplace in room was cozy and the balcony was the best view ever.

Not super clean, the room was very dusty and had random dead bugs and cobwebs stuck to the walls. The hot tub was a bit green (although nice and hot) and while the pool itself was clean, the whole pool area was pretty run down and the bathroom/changing area was pretty gross.

Loved the ocean view and fireplace in the room. Bed was comfortable. The jacuzzi tub in the room was nice, although half of the jets didn't work. Pool was very refreshing, great temperature.

Room was clearly not swept, had to sweep the floors because there was so much stuff stuck on my feet & socks and we just arrived. Everything else was good & had a great stay

Besides being given a room that was not like the room we booked, we were supposedly in an "all adult area" but the people above us stomped constantly from the time they arrived until they left...every night until at least 2:00 a.m. The restaurant and bar were nice to have on the premises but they lacked HEAT and ambiance other than the view. It is very unpleasant to eat in a freezing room!

The view was spectacular! We booked a room with 2 beds in the main area, but when we arrived we were given a room with one bed in the main area and one in a separate room, which had no view and no tv. They accommodated us by letting us switch rooms although it still wasn't the "room" that we felt we had booked but it worked out fine. The staff were all very nice and friendly...particularly Allana in the bar!

A bath stopper that was easier to stop up the water would have helped. The mattress was lumpy on the side I slept on. Definitely needed to be replaced. People don’t like lumpy mattresses.

Overpriced food. Got a Cobb salad and wasn’t to great. $20 for a bowl or soggy lettuce. Just wasn’t good.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. It was super hard. A pillow topper would have been nice. The room was kind of cold also.

It was cold, and there was no thermostat heat. The gas heater is on a 1 hour timer, so I had to get up during the night to turn it on.. the gaps in the door let a lot of cold in and needed to put towels on the floor crack and hinges.

The ocean view and balcony. And there is a restaurant..the kiurig coffee pot and the fire place. Clean room comfortable bed not too hard .

The room was great the restaurant needs a little work. When we look on line they had a great menu but when we got there the menu was really downsized.
