Pull out couch was difficult to pull out and put back in. It was not comfortable at all. There were several roaches seen throughout the stay. This could be remedied by an exterminator. Bunk bed mattresses are thin and uncomfortable.

The sleeper sofa, recliner and the mattresses on the twin beds need to be replaced. The sofa is worn and the mattress is extremely uncomfortable. The recliner is stained and old. The mattresses in the twin beds are thin and you can feel the wood underneath.

The location is amazing, the condo was clean and nice. The master bedroom is very nice and the bed was large and very comfortable. The size of the condo is great for a family of four up to six.

I thought about posting this for a while before doing so, as I really hate sending negative reviews, and I'm hoping this was a one- off for this property owner and the property as a whole.  Overall, the stay was fine; however: I don't think this was supposed to be a "pet friendly" unit... but upon entering, the place reeked of dog.   I am very allergic, and almost gagged after walking in.  Welted up almost immediately. We spent the first hour and a half cleaning and trying to clear the smell with air sanitizer and bleach wipes.  There were parts of the floors and counters that appeared to not have been cleaned in a while.   It's possible that there was animal fur/dander on the couches, too... I  couldn't sit on them without welting up or getting really itchy.  The property manager (or whomever) was somewhat responsive with regard to the smell/animal smell issue, but by the time they messaged (the next day), we had already taken care of it.  I wouldn't have  been able to stay the first night, otherwise.  It was THAT bad. They were not very responsive regsrding the 2nd parking pass we requested.  We were directed to contact the on-site office, but when it appeared no one was in, we attempted to ask for an alternative, and received no response.  Once I finally contacted an individual on-site (still no response at this point), and got the 2nd pass, I simply messaged that it was handled, and only then did we get a response.  We have stayed with Seychelles multiple times over the years with no issues and had fantastic experiences. This year, the spa was out of order for the entire week we were there, and the property, overall, seems to be going downhill.  Like I mentioned earlier in this post, perhaps it's just a one-time thing, and it'll be better in future trips, but this go-around was a bit disappointing and not to the level we've become accustomed to.

I dropped my umbrella pole getting off the beach one night and someone threw it away by the very next morning. It was very nice. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE DRYER WAS BROKEN UPON ARRIVAL.

The place was very nice and clean. beautiful views. Spacious bedrooms with nice accommodations.

My only complaint is the property manager through vicasa. Had no problem upon check in but came in to ask the desk a question and she was very rude from there. I left annoyed and had to just try and forget about her and avoided the office after that which I needed no more anyways.

I loved the fast elevators, quick access to pool and beach and parking garage. The resort itself was very pretty, my room was great and clean and the balcony over the ocean was amazing

Only one pool was open. Pool was crowded and so was the hot tub, so we didn't get a chance to get in.

The plug face was missing. The tub in the main bathroom did not drain well at all. The floors could use a good clean. Our feet were dirty all the time.

The parking lot to the room was not too far. The beach access was easy and fast. I felt safe at the resort.

A few things that were unfortunate but uncontrollable was the fact that there was no access to the boardwalk, it was under construction due to tornado damage. Slightly inconvenient to have to walk through Schooner's or right next to Schooner's to get to the chairs. There was also no hot tub.

Amazing location, right on the beach! Friendly and helpful staff. Very cute interior design. Heated pool was great.

This unit 1507 needs to have the kitchen equipment i.e. pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils replaced. We couldn't and wouldn't cook using pans with very old, very scratched Teflon. There were only 4 forks. The point of having a kitchen is to be able to cook breakfast and lunch.

I never saw any staff so very hard to rate. Apartment was alright. Furniture was not very comfortable. Access to the beach was not very easy. Three sets of stairs. I had a small wagon with all our equipment and had to ask for someone to help carry it down. Not handicap accessible.

The elevators broke down leaving only one for the entire complex, but were only down for one day.

Access to the beach was right on the property and everything needed was easy to obtain.
