Staff at the restaurant (plate) is really unfriendly!! Also, it was a quite cold night and the heating was super loud in the room.

Paying $40+/night for parking. Breakfast that was offered was very expensive. Rain shower head didn't have enough water pressure to rinse shampoo out of hair.

Rooms were good size. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only 10 minute walk to Lucas Oil stadium. Great that they allowed dogs for a minimal charge.

Valet parking wasn't the best. There was a long line to check out. There wasn't any coffee left in the morning when we went to check out of the hotel.

We like the location for Colts games. We were able to stay overnight and park while we enjoyed the football game. Nice breakfast spot really close!

Most hotels of this size have fairly large reception desks. This hotel only had two desks with only one person working, both at check in and check out. The line for check out in the morning was very long. After we left the checkout, we went to the breakfast area just to get iced coffee. We waited 20 to 30 minutes to finally get that coffee. My daughter had already ordered it while I was trying to check out, but since there was only one person working in the restaurant, we had to wait and wait. We started to walk away because we had to leave and then suddenly the guy behind the bar found the time to make the coffee right then and there.

The bartender in the late evening was very friendly and we truly enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and seeing the Indianapolis skyline. The room was very comfortable, although having to leave your room key in a slot by the door just to operate the lights was a little annoying.

Parking fees were outrageous. Our shower was cold & low-pressure. Too much street noise. Would be nice to have a microwave to make popcorn & reheat leftovers.

The hotel has an odd layout and the room was oddly laid out, too. Obviously designed to be an apartment and not a hotel room, so lots of wasted space (closet for washer/dryer but no washer dryer) and I was a little frustrated that I was put on the second floor, right above two restaurants and next to a noisy elevator and traffic from the housekeeping/facility service. Not having an ice machine was a drag, as well.

Front desk staff was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. I liked the size of the room and the hotel is in a great location, with a couple breakfast places right there, and close to fun neighborhoods.

The bartender at the hotel’s bar was incredibly slow and absentminded - not closing our tickets promptly, having to read recipes and slowly make cocktails. We asked if he could change the channel to the AFC championship and be basically said wait till he finished everyone’s drinks. The other man working in the bar to support stocking, food delivery etc was amazingly helpful and quick.

The location, decor and layout of the hotel is amazing.

Thin walls. Noises carried through a lot. Furnace kicked on way too often, even when adjusted.
