Not as represented by bookings.com. Requested $100 room deposit that was not mentioned by bookings.com.No queen beds at facilities.They said they informed bookings.com company but they didn't make changes.They seem to be upgrading in a hurried and incomplete manner..Deadbolt doesn't work,smoke alarm hanging by wire, dried purple glue splatter on shower floor, toilet handle floppy and loose. Needs attention to detail. Night clerk new. The supplies for breakfast not attended to. Kind of frustrating. I had to help other guests find supplies. When employee contacted manager with complaint he didn't seem to care. Julie the desk clerk was great and worked to satisfy us.

Rooms very clean. Breakfast as represented. Has new and upgrading rooms and decor. Supplied coffee pot, hair dryers iron, ironing board, refrigerator,microwave and direct TV. Julie the desk clerk is great and their saving grace.

The refrigerator had a half empty water bottle left in it and a couple stains on the pillows and blankets.

The king sized bed was very comfortable and I loved that I was allowed to have my cats with me and it was affordable too. The lady who helped me throughout my stay was very nice and helped us so much.

The street that it sits on is always busy and its torn up so if and when a semi goes past its very loud.

For breakfast they offered two kinds of cereal, milk, orange or apple juice, and coffee. That was it. It was the absolute minimum they could offer and still advertise that breakfast was included. Also they didn't have an ice machine! What kind of hotel doesn't have an ice machine? At the front desk they said they had only been open a few weeks, and an ice machine was on order.

My room looked like it had been renovated recently, everything looked new.

When I was there, some one called to complain they never got their deposit back. Didn't think much of it. Then I never got my deposit. Called to see where it was, they said they sent it. Checked with my card never came. Had to dispute charge to get it back.

Incredibly loud on the first floor. You can hear everything from the reception area. I was woken up at 1:30AM and again at 3:30AM by people being loud in the reception area. The two window panes don’t connect. There was literally a gap between them. It’s next to a highway so it was loud and cold in the winter. Really sketchy location. ‘Beakfast’ options were very poor. Bread, cereal with no bowls, milk.

We got in late because we went to the wrong place. It was booked on booking.com. When we got checked in she said they wanted $100 deposit. I thought it was weird. We're we there briefly to sleep. I'm sure they keep most people's money. It was only 14 rooms. Suspicious! My granddaughter got a tiny speck of blood on the sheets which I removed sheets and put cold water and soap on it. I operate Airbnb and if I charged $100 every time this happens, I'd never have any guest. I can't get them to give me back my money. I'm angry!

The cleanliness of the room was horrible. The sheets and covers had visible dirt and hair on them. Like they hadn’t been washed in weeks. The room also had a strange smell. Also the breakfast was only 2 types of cereal with warm milk. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The staff seemed nice. Some of them were busy and focused on different things other than helping.
