The pool was a bit too shallow, but still provided plenty of fun. Overall, a lovely and enjoyable stay.

Very friendly and accommodating staff made the stay feel welcoming. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of being right by the beach. Breakfast was delicious and a perfect start to the day. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Splendid new hotel within close distance of party lane though not walking distance but quieter and easier to find, get to and park. Nice room balcony and pool area. No beach and cabanas on sand are nice for the Keyes.

Good location 5/10 min drive away from the hustle and bustle of key west. Great to have a beach area although you can not get in the sea. Good breakfast. Food nice at pool bar. Clean. Pristine pool and beach area. Staff attentive and friendly.

We had such an amazing experience here! The breakfast was delicious with so many options to choose from. The pool was spectacular — fresh towels always available, a bar conveniently right next to it, and even drinks served to you while you relax in the pool. The property sits right on the water with a sandy area that’s perfect for lounging or letting kids play. Cold bottled water was provided at every ice station, which was such a thoughtful touch. The coin laundry and fitness center were both super convenient. We tried the on-site food and it was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The concession area is stocked with everything you could need, and we loved the text service where you can request items straight to your room. Our room was very clean, with linens and towels refreshed twice daily. Every detail was taken care of, and the staff really made our stay effortless. We can’t say enough great things about this place — highly recommended!

There is no direct beach access although a very nice sandy beach line to layout on or play games. While laying out on my deck I also noticed the neighbors Dr k that had rat feces on it, however, when I went to take pics and tell someone it had already been immaculately cleaned.

The door that closes the restroom is very hard to grip to open up. Small suggestion to put a different lock on it. It is a sliding door but it is hard to grip to open up.

It was easy to get around. It was clean. Lisa was awesome at serving us at the pool, she went an extra mile with making us comfortable. The breakfast was hot and good. The staff at front desk was awesome. Samantha helped me out with my registration. I missed my flight coming to key west from Florida.

The big lizard crawling the beach but that is nothing they can do about that is nature .

The pool and the gym are good a small hotel gym but ok. The pool area is good and the have a waiter service bringing the drinks. Also the breakfast is good .

The breakfast buffet was AWESOME...it got our day off with great start for all the adventures. The resort staff were so accomodating and friendly to every need of the guests. Every room has a beautiful view of the water.

The floors in the room were dirty and it's was misleading about the beach as there was no access to get into the water

Everything was great.

Hotel was beautiful and well located right on the water with a fabulous pool and Tiki Bar. Staff was fantastic - helpful, friendly and very responsive. F&B manager Melanie helped us host a small party for friends at the Tiki Bar and she and the server, Reily, did a great job. And free breakfast each morning was really nice, with lots of options.
