Although the hotel is starting to look a little worn, and in need of a refresh... but it's still a great value with wonderful ambiance.

    Restaurants and location. Fast internet.

The heat is centrally controlled so you cannot control the temperature in the room. They had it set to 75 degrees and it was way too hot. We slept with the window open to compensate.

We've stayed here several times and enjoy the convenience and the view.

I was very disappointed with Crow's Nest restaurant- beautiful view, but that's where it ends...

Lovely room, friendly and accommodating staff, and a comfy bed - what else would one need? 😊 I also enjoyed the selection of restaurants/bars at the hotels and the souvenir shops.

Sauna and steam room made up for the fact that they didn't have a hot tub. Kids cut swimming time short because they couldn't warm up withhot tub though.

Wifi was terrible. I couldn’t take a Zoom call from the room, and could barely check email.

Great location two blocks from Cook Inlet. Sweeping view of the mountain range that features the majestic Denali. Also enjoyed having full services (restaurants, snack bar, gift shops, athletic facilities, etc.) under one roof.

There was no fan in the bathroom, and the restaurants food, both the fettuccine Alfredo and the Spaghetti tasted like it had been cooked from frozen. Poor texture and bad flavor.

The carpets need replaced stayed here twice in two different towers and they look the same. Unfortunately it's very obvious as soon as you walk in the room. They cheapen the look of the room where everything else is wonderful.

Love it here. The food, the shops, the location. Housekeeping is excellent everyone is friendly. The spa, live for it.
